"Apartment is clean and well appointed with everything needed for your stay. Lots of room to spread out and very quiet. Located between a school and church it was neat to hear church bells ringing in the afternoon. Host is very responsive and helpful."

"Upon pulling up I seriously wondered if I was at the wrong house as it looked abandoned. Broken screen door swinging in the breeze. House is situated on a corner lot at the end of a road. It is not well maintained and parking is difficult. The keys were in the lockbox as described and the process of getting inside was easy. The inside was rough, no other way to describe it. It was 85 degrees inside as no one had turned on the window units. Landlord special fixer upper, but not very fixed up....

"Adorable cozy place, love all the windows. The heater worked great to warm up when it got into the 40's overnight. Bathroom is roomy and shower worked great. WiFi was perfect and TV functioned fine."

"The host was very informative of the possible noise from the activities on the first floor. The rooms are above the back end of a bar/restaurant that has live entertainment on weekends. We did not find it affected our stay at all. The rooms were exactly as depicted and we had no surprises. We are familiar with the area and this was a perfect spot for a short weekend visit! We would certainly stay here again if the need arises."
