"Check in for this hotel is 16:00 which I didn't realise at that time. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness and the bathroom had hairs in the bathtub. The tv was damaged had a green line going through. Only had interaction with one staff member who seemed nice at reception. I would never book the dragonfly again and avoid rhe Surya Hotels altogether. "

"The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."

"It was a good find on short notice just a minute or so from city centre. It included a kitchenette that could be very handy, and a clothes washing machine in the room! Ideal if you plan to stay a few days."

"The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."
