Alison is so kind hearted and generous . She made my family’s first time experience to Ocean City memorable as she opened up her home and shared some of her favorite spots in town with us! The property is very cute . It has a fenced in yard which makes it easier for pet owners to not have to worry and can just open up the front door and relax on the front porch while the kids and dogs play in the yard ! Upon arrival we had all of our instructions and codes so there was no need to hassle with the app and read all the specific instruction like most . Alison makes it easy and stress free ! We thank you for allowing us to rent your cute little cottage and we can’t wait to come back for more memories !

Cute Cottage in Ocean City

My husband, pup, and I spent a couple of relaxing days in this cottage at the Jersey Shore. The size was perfect for the three of us and the fenced yard was a bonus. A perfect getaway!

Beautiful little cottage packed to the gills with amenities! There is nothing to want for. We bought our suitcase, two dogs and had a blast. The fenced in yard was everything for the pups. We had such a great time, we booked again before we left.

Cutest house in Ocean City!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Bella Cottage! Was close to the bay, but yet could walk to the beach and boardwalk with ease. Great house with a perfect yard! We would definitely love to stay here again! Thanks Alison for being a perfect host and sharing your beautiful house with us!

How could i possibly put into words how much we adored the cottage?! It was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean and just lovely inside and out!Our pup loved the yard and the home, we just adored the layout and accomodations. Also, talk about a convient location right off Bay Ave. Having a parking spot made a huge difference and we spent not one but two early nights in just to enjoy the cottage. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, the chairs on the porch were so comfortable, we spent hours on that porch. The boardwalk was a mere 4 minute drive and we parked on different streets each day to enjoy the boardwalk and beach at different spots as i was traveling with my elderly parents and it afforded them less walking.The beds were ao comfy and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was so homey, functional and big. This cottage checks all the boxes. Were already planning an return trip and plan on staying at the cottage again. The owner was not just helpful and informative, she is a lovely person with a beautiful personality and giving heart. I cannot speak highly enough of Alison!It you want a gorgeous home all on one level with a secure fenced in yard, this place is for you!! Dont miss an opportunity to stay at this beautiful home owned by someone who clearly truly cares!!! 1000/10 stars!!

Cozy cottage in a great location!

Our family had a wonderful time here! Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance-Asbury Ave especially! The cottage is accessible for my son's wheelchair- which was necessary for us. Also our dogs loved the fenced in yard! Beautifully decorated! Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Ocean City!

The Ocean City cottage was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Tje house was very clean and easy to access, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Alison was wonderful and easy to reach, and maflde us feel welcome. Will definitely stay there again.

Quick getaway in the heart of Ocean City

The home is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The area is very quiet and walkable. I took my family for a last minute long weekend and Allie and her home were very welcoming. Also note the home is decorated in lots of Paris decor, perfect for our upcoming Olympics. Very enjoyable!

Perfect for long weekend

We love Ocean City and typically stay in the South End. We wanted to have our pup stay with us this trip so this was a good choice. Owner is terrific-easy to reach and responsive. Location is on a rather busy street, set back from the street. House is tiny, well stocked with one small bathroom. Overall very comfortable for a short stay. We will bring bikes next trip!

Second time renting, still exceeds expectations!

This was my second time staying here. The cottage did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, clean and best of all pet friendly! Located within walking distance from the shops on Asbury and the boardwalk, you get a lot of bang for your buck with this gem. The property manager is a dream to work with. She’s personable and takes care to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfy relaxing stay in OC NJ!

Perfect Getaway!

Alison's house is adorable!! She really puts a lot time and thought into her decor. I appreciated this because it created such a nice atmosphere vs. some rentals that are just bare bones. The front porch and front yard were my favorite; comfortable and clean furniture and the house is set back from the road so it's quiet and relaxing. The location was great-such a quick walk to Asbury Avenue which is where the local downtown shops and restaurants are. It was also nice to go for a run on the 9th street bridge in the mornings. Alison was also very responsive and informative through the whole process. I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things! I will definitely be coming back!

Garden cottage

This property is just as listed ! Besides being adorable it’s loaded with state of the art appliances. The fenced in yard was great for our fur baby and front porch was spacious and private! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots,pans and ,plenty of dishes and silverware. It’s a lovely cottage and well maintained. We all agreed it was the best place we stayed in in the last 20 years!

Great place to stay.

This is our second time renting this cottage and we had another wonderful stay. The place is immaculate and each room is beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were close to shops and great restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and the television was easy to use. Great coffeemaker and plenty of dishes and utensils. Our favorite part was sitting on the large porch with our pets. Thanks Alison, you are a terrific hostess!

Great little cottage tucked away in ocean city nj

The cottage was really cute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Allison was a great communicator in terms of what she had available to how to access the place and to checking in to make sure everything was OK. My only comment would be that there are a lot of beautiful decorative pieces throughout the cottage that gave it the charm but if I had younger children with me, I would be concerned that something would get broken. We did move some things out of the way during our stay, just so that none of our dogs accidentally knocked something over. Was a cute comfortable place for couples- & the mattress in the master bedroom was VERY comfortable - Thank you Allison for sharing your cottage with us!

Hanging at the Beach

We had a great stay, the property is fantastic if you have pets because the fenced in yard gives them somewhere to hangout and not just be stuck in the house. The neighborhood is great for walking pups. While the beach is walkable- it is not exactly close to the cottage- would recommend either driving and parking or bringing a beach cart, beach tags were included which is great because they did get checked. The only 2 things that would've made our stay even better- newer window AC units and a few more cable channels- ESPN, MSNBC, HGNetwork. Another great feature is location- easy to get to and easy to get to Atlantic City etc. We had a fantastic stay overall.

Homey Comfortable House Close to the Bay

House was just as described in the ad. Our family had a great time staying there for our 4 sunny days in Ocean City. Communication with Alison was very helpful, and she is a very friendly, enthusiastic partner. Pros: Very clean, just big enough for everyone, well-equipped, walking distance to shops, restaurants, mini-golf and the Acme. A/C was welcomed. Very short drive to the boardwalk and beach. Cons: Being so close to the bridge, traffic was usually very heavy and constant outside the door (however the front yard helped to buffer it a bit). And while the plentiful decorations gave the house a very cozy feel, sometimes less is more. It was often hard to find places to put our stuff, as there were knick-knacks everywhere (also very surprising in a house that welcomes pets). Just a personal preference I guess, but nothing that can't be instantly adjusted. Overall we very pleased with our choice and would recommend it.

Cutest cottage at the shore - 5 STARS!!!

My mom and I stayed at this wonderful cottage for 8 days with my Boston Terrier. The location was close to everything in a safe, clean neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and a perfectly sized yard for my pup. The yard was maintained and gorgeous, with a large covered porch which we thoroughly enjoyed. The cottage was clean, decorated beautifully and very welcoming. The owner thought of everything you could need during your stay (including night lights and a clock radio!) She also had a guest book for you to sign (what a sweet touch!) You can see the care and love that she puts into the property. Booking was easy and communication with the owner was outstanding. She provided clear check in and out instructions, called me prior to our visit and provided recommendations for dining and things to do. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pet friendly, cozy stay at the shore. We will definitely be booking our next vacation here.
