Perfect for family reunions, multiple families traveling together or a friend getaway. Works great for anyone who wants to vacation together, but still have plenty of privacy as well. This listing is for two separate units combined to function as one huge home :) both units have been fully updated with new paint, floors and decor for 2024!

UNIT FEATURES
Welcome to 943/945 Central Avenue in the heart of Ocean CIty, NJ! This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction property features two separate units that easily convert to one huge family home.
In each of the two sister units there are four bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two full bathrooms, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV with surround sound. The units are nearly identical (like joining rooms at a hotel only way better and totally private!) You can close and lock the connecting door or keep it open for expanded family fun.
When combined, there are eight bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two primary suites, four baths, a large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV and surround sound (on each level!) plus an awesome rooftop deck.

WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our trip. Spacious common areas to gather together and plenty of space to spread out too. Location was perfect - one block to Asbury and a couple blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The owners were super accommodating from answering questions before we booked through our stay.

Great stay in a perfect location

The property was perfect for 5 families to share- we had 8 adults and ten children and had a blast. Spacious rooms and central location were key. We could walk tot he beach and boardwalk as well as the playground, shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with any requests. Would definitely consider renting again for our next get together!

Great Space, Perfect Location

Many thanks to Jody for sharing this home with my family for the New Years Eve weekend! We easily made this our home away from home for a few days. There was ample space for rest, relaxation, and family fun. We used both kitchens, found all bathrooms sufficient, and even lit the fireplaces for extra warmth. The location was ideal for short walks to the beach, Boardwalk, shopping/dining on Asbury, and finding our way to numerous First Night events. Thanks again and hope we can use this home for future get togethers.

holiday with the extended family

We rented both units between Christmas and New Years for our extended family get together. You can't beat having 2 kitchens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 gathering areas. Good space for 5 adult siblings, Nana, and kids. Responsive host who was fine with me plugging my electric vehicle into the garage outlet!! Very helpful vs. searching for charging station!!

Awesome wedding weekend

House was excellent, check in easy. Gave us a great place to have some folks in the wedding party stay and get ready for an evening at the Flanders. Host was communicative and helped meet all expectations. Will definitely look to stay here again if coming back to ocean City!

Wonderful for our family group!

We had several families with young children at our stay. Having both units gave everyone room to spread out, and the porch was a great (baby-gated) place to hang out too! The managers were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time at the beach!! Thank you!

Great place for large group

House was great. Plenty of room for our large group which included 12 adults and two infants. It was nice to have two spaces so the babies could get away from the rest of the group. There was a minor issue at check-in and outdoor furniture was lacking. Overall it was a great place for a large group.

Second time here and a blast!

This is our second year staying at the house! We rented both the top and bottom floor and just like last year it was a blast! The location is awesome! The house is clean and spacious! We had some issues with the air conditioning and Jody tried his best to send someone asap to resolve the issue and was a responsive host. So many great memories have been made here!

The place is an upstairs/downstairs unit with a lot of stairs to go back and forth This was the only thing that was tricky about interacting with the other half of the family. It was only a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and very clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to accommodate a large group

Perfect place for our large group!

We had an excellent vacation with our big group of friends and their families. We rented both the upper and lower units making it perfect for us to have enough rooms, 2 kitchens and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. We moved freely between houses as they can be made accessible to each other, or they can be separated with locked doors and private entrances. Location was key having kids that ranged from 7-16. Close to the beach, boardwalk and the shops on Asbury. Jody was a fantastic host and was readily available for any of our questions.

Clean and spacious beach house.

As indicated you will need to bring ALL linens, including dish towels. We rented up and downstairs units, which gave plenty of room for our extended family. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. There was a snafoo at check in getting code to enter, with a 40 minute delay to access the property, but evidently this was due to winter holiday, with owners out of town, so perhaps it was a one time thing.

Ocean city fun

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location could not have been better the boardwalk and beach were so close as was downtown! Both floors had a homey feel and were clean and perfect for the multiple families that stayed and the front porch was nice to have! It was really great for small children. Jody was responsive and made check in easy for us ! A couple of things that could be improved upon was the front entrance by the garage leading to the different door could have been cleaned better. (The actual two different floors were very clean just not the front entrance area) the WiFi could be better especially on the lower floor and we found that the upper floor did not have a toaster oven and the coffee machine was kind of small. Small things but overall we had such a blast and would stay here again!
