  • Perfect for family reunions, multiple families traveling together or a friend getaway. Works great for anyone who wants to vacation together, but still have plenty of privacy as well. This listing is for two separate units combined to function as one huge home :) both units have been fully updated with new paint, floors and decor for 2024!

    UNIT FEATURES
    Welcome to 943/945 Central Avenue in the heart of Ocean CIty, NJ! This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction property features two separate units that easily convert to one huge family home.
    In each of the two sister units there are four bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two full bathrooms, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV with surround sound. The units are nearly identical (like joining rooms at a hotel only way better and totally private!) You can close and lock the connecting door or keep it open for expanded family fun.
    When combined, there are eight bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two primary suites, four baths, a large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV and surround sound (on each level!) plus an awesome rooftop deck.

    WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
    Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.
