Upgraded kitchen area, living and dining rooms with hardwood flooring, laundry room, and central air. Condo offers cozy front deck with stairs for easy entry from the street, awnings for extra privacy and a fenced in yard. There are also side and rear decks with nice views of the tennis courts, and a beautiful patio area on the ground level. In addition, there is an enclosed shower, garage and off-street parking! This condo is only a two minute walk to the beach and steps from tennis courts, 34th Street playground, shops and restaurants. This condo offers it all!
