Nice house

The house was nice and the host responsive. The house was close to the broadwalk and beach. If you went the other way all you saw was people getting high and prostitution. I felt very unsafe especially when a lady was shooting up right across the street. At first I thought she was dead then she moved. The police and ambulance was called.

Love this place

This was the second summer we spent a week here. We absolutely love the location. It is near the beach, stores, the Convention, Center,, Kennedy Plaza, etc. The owner is such a sweetheart. We intend to vacation there again next season

Fun vacation

We had a fun time at this location steps to the boardwalk near the Tropicana. The house was clean and had great amenities. The fenced in back yard for the dogs was a great touch.

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this location- it was updated, clean and nicely appointed with thoughtful amenities ( mini fridge on the second floor was a brilliant idea!) and the host was very friendly and accommodating. A 30 second walk to the beach while minutes away from the boardwalk entrances to Caesar’s and Tropicana make it an ideal spot for many. Definitely would stay there again

Boardwalk Hall Event

The property is clean and close to Boardwalk Hall and the boardwalk. The host was gracious, helpful and the unit had everything my family of 5 needed for the weekend.

Close to beach

The agent was good with communication. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The fenced in yard for the dogs was great. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easily. Parking was not easy. There are limited spots and if you leave in your car you will lose your spot. There is not a lot to do within walking distance. The area is not one in which we would feel safe walking around except to the beach and boardwalk. But if you want a place to stay that is clean and near the beach, this is a great option.

Steps to the beach!

This property is steps to the beach and boardwalk, with ocean views from the second-floor porch and updated kitchen and baths. Manager kindly offered us the chance to check-in early as property was ready, and even though we could not take advantage of it, we certainly appreciated the offer! My only complaint was the grass was long overdue for a mowing, which made the yard inaccessible, but overall, a lovely stay.

Beach block rental

The property was very nice and clean. The proches and yard were a nice bonus. We loved how close it was the the casinos, boardwalk and beach. The parking I thought would be an issue, but really was not. We were always able to find a space and had plenty of room to turn around at the end. We kept our third car at the Tropicana casinos parking lot for very cheap, and it was so close by. The host was very quick with her responses when we had questions come up. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others.

Perfect place to stay with a group and our pup. Boardwalk is steps away and parking was very convenient. I’m very happy we chose to stay here instead of spending more to get less at a hotel!

Absolutely loved this place. Returning.

It is located in an old neighborhood between Pacific Avenue and the boardwalk. Extremely convenient to the beach. The inside of this townhome has obviously been gutted and everything is lovely. TVs on all three floors and HiTech. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the morning and having our coffee. And relaxing in the private yard behind the home. It is a place with a lot of character.

Atlantic City 2020

The owner was very accomodating and allowed us to check-in early and out late. The yard was great for our dog and she loved the beach being 1/2 block away, extremely clean with great ammenities. Very comfortable and would go again!
