- Beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath house on the water. Enjoy this fully equipped luxury retreat with a chef's kitchen, formal dining room, living room, den, master suite , boat dock, boat slip, Community Pool and Beach.

1. Absolutely No parties.
2. No more then 12 occupants without prior approval.
3. We have strict noise ordinance, no loud music, no yelling, screaming.
4. Garage is for Owners storage.
5. Pet Policy. Pets need to be pre-approved.
6. Age Requirement: Guests 25 and older permitted to book
