"The staff were very helpful. The room I had was very old and dirty. There were carpet stains, brown mildew on the one bathroom wall and the shower drain was building up with soap scum. "

"The Claridge is our go to property in Atlantic City. Been staying there for years. Overall we had a really good experience. The staff was challenged with a computer problem at check in time but handled it well. The rooms are dated and starting to show wear. Also there were elevator issues with a few of them out of service. A final observation the hall carpets smell pretty foul and could use some cleaning and deodorizing. Nevertheless we will be back!"
