It’s perfect for anyone with mobility issues or for families with small children as there are no steps to the elevator and only one small step into the unit.

UNIT DESCRIPTION
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, enough drawers to settle in, and a smart TV with a connected full bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee (and people-watching!) from your large covered outdoor terrace as you take in the sweeping birds-eye views of Downtown Ocean City, the back bays, and the 9th Street Bridge. The bright, roomy living room has a smart TV as well as a pull-out sofa for added guests. The refreshed kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. The brand-new bathroom comes with a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper. The unit also comes with a queen-size air mattress, board games, and two beach tags for use during your stay.
