A sea captain's home which retains much of its old world charm. 6 bedrooms with 3 full baths on the second floor; the main floor has an enclosed sun room, large living room, large dining room & large eat-in kitchen with a separate laundry room. This floor also has a powder room & play room and an inviting screened-in porch for your morning coffee. Huge hot/cold outdoor shower & changing area. Driveway parking for up to five vehicles.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used sheets go into a pillowcase for each bed and placed in the hamper in laundry room.

Remove and wipe clean fridge and freezer. All trash and recycling in appropriate outside containers with new trash bag in each receptacle in the kitchen.

We had a great two weeks in Ventnor New Jersey . The house was set up perfectly for our two families. Outside shower was fabulous to have for the kids . The location was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and are already talking about renting again next summer !

A great place, spacious and close to beach.

The house is a great big Shore house. It is well maintained and clean. There is plenty of room in dining room (seated 12 of us), large living room and a porch with ping pong table that the kids loved. There are 6 bedrooms with room to sleep 13. And 3 nice bathrooms. Outdoor shower and basketball hoop were also a hit with the kids. The Shines were great and helpful giving us lots of info. Thanks for a great week with our family.

House was clean and very comfortable. Homeowners were very accomodating.

The house was a block from the beach and walking distance to the coffee shop, restaurants and ice cream parlors. The house was large enough so that everyone in our party could have their own space or gather in one of the many living areas. We had a great week and would definitely return!
