Luxury Newer construction -5BR 3.5 bath 2nd floor

  • Gorgeous sun sets every night on the awesome deck!!!! This beautiful house is situated directly across the street from the wildlife refuge and OC bike trail. This luxury newer construction 2nd floor property has 5 Bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and all the amenities that will make cooking a pleasure in this kitchen. There is also a rooftop deck for dining and lounging.
    This spacious home will be your new home away from home. You're going to love it here. We offer 8 Beach tags (all adults and children 12+ need beach tags June 1-Labor day), 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a beach cart to enjoy the long days sunning on the beach.

    There are 5 bedrooms.
    The master bedroom has a king bed and its own master bath.
    Bedroom #2 is a junior ensuite with a queen bed and its own bathroom.

    Bedroom #4 has 2 sets of bunk beds ( 4 twins)
    Bedroom #5 - 1 set of bunk beds & 1 Twin

    Sheets and towels are the responsibility of the guests. *NO senior week or after prom rentals allowed
