Book ahead of the demand for this 1st floor beach condo only steps from the beautiful Brigantine beaches available for Summer Rental Season only! Close to Atlantic City, the Brigantine Golf Course, and the 4x4 beach entrance. A compact yet open space with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, fully furnished with brand new furniture and coastal décor. Will include 6 beach badges and beach gear. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions!


This beach home is the perfect space to spend time with family but still have 3 separate bedrooms with AC units.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Our hosts were so accommodating and made us feel at home. The house was perfectly stocked with anything and everything we could need to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location to the beach was fantastic and we will definitely be booking again!!

Great clean spot, close to beach

This home was clean and an easy walk to the beach. Little amenities were available and appreciated, plus towels, sheets and some beach supplies so that saved a ton of space in our car! While it had only 1 bathroom it was quite large to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids.

Long weekend

This was our second time staying at this property. It is always clean and in a great location. The hosts are easy to contact and very friendly. We’re planning on making this an annual trip. I would recommend this property to anyone.

What an adorable place to stay. Super clean which is the most important! Has everything you need! Great location, close to beach. The host was great! Answered my message right away, good communication and very accommodating with our needs. All the little extra touches of snacks on the counter and toiletries in bathroom was so very welcoming! I would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations. Everything was absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach. The unit was clean and spacious. Our hosts thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable: morning coffee, snacks, extra toiletries if needed and even beach toys and a grill for us to use. Super nice and accommodating. Beach weekend

This beach property was perfect for our long weekend away. We had plenty of space for our family in this beautifully decorated home. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We walked to our favorite spots to eat, the Pirate’s Den and Soulberri. Bonnie and George were excellent hosts and accommodating. It was so nice to meet them as we were leaving to travel home.

We have visited Brigantine, NJ the last 5 years and this is the best property we have stayed in. The location is great, within easy walking to the beach. The property was clean and neat. All beach accessories were provided which allowed us to pack less to bring along on the trip. The beach accessories were all stored in a shed located on the property. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Brigantine.

We loved pretty much everything about this beach condo. It really is the first floor of a very cute two family house Very spacious for my husband and I, nicely appointed, immaculately clean, nice touches like snacks and kitchen supplies, use of bikes, beach chairs and beach cart, beach tags. Easy 1 block walk to beach. We love the area. Brigantine is so beautiful and peaceful. What more can I say?

We had the best time staying at George and Bonnie’s property! Their home was perfect for our group. We really appreciated their attention to detail, from the surplus of towels, to snacks and toiletries, to their detailed instructions for the property. They really thought of everything! We really appreciated the cleanliness of their home and the great location just one block from the beach. They even offered us an early check in! Hoping to be back again soon! Lovely Time!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Only disappointment was the beach near the house had construction going on and was closed off, so instead of an easy 1 block walk to beach, we had to drive about 5 mins away to where beach was open. Only recommendation is the kitchen lacked some key equipment for cooking. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo very much.

What a gem!

I’m very lucky to have found this rental! The location is wonderful, one block to the beach! There is a little restaurant within walking distance and just a short drive into town. The rental was very clean and in amazing shape. The owners were very responsive and friendly. They even left a basket in the kitchen with coffee and snacks, as well as one in the bathroom with toiletries. Everything in the kitchen is new and great for people, like us, that prepare most of our meals at home. Overall a great stay and we will be back! Location, location, location!

Cute Condo

This property was absolutely perfect! I was a little worried when I booked because it looked very small in the pictures and with 5 adults and 2 kids, I thought for sure we may be cramped in the house. To my surprise it was definitely a lot more spacious then I thought, we all fit perfectly. We definitely overpacked for our trip, by bringing linens, bath towels and beach towels, but to our surprise it was all included with the rental. To top things off, George and Bonnie were very attentive to any questions I had and answered me in a timely matter. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a cute, little, but spacious condo that is super close to the beach. My family and I will definitely be back at some point.
