Serene Seaside Home just one block from the Water

Welcome to the newest addition of The Golden Beach House Oasis Collective.
This home is spacious and inviting which makes it the perfect place for a beach getaway! We've recently put in new flooring, carpeting throughout the house and a new granite kitchen countertop. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you would need to prepare all of your meals whether it be a multi-course dinner or baking some heavenly desserts. The family room is just steps away where you can hang out and enjoy each others company or watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. There is a half-bath conveniently located on the same floor. Then head upstairs to one of the three bedrooms for some down time. The Primary Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for privacy. There is also a 2nd bathroom for the other bedrooms to share. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. We provide one queen sized luxury aerobed for 2 guests (including linens and pillows) that can easily be placed upstairs or in the family room. In addition to all the home has to offer, we provide a BBQ grill (including the propane tank + a back up!) as well as access to the garage for an additional hang out spot. Our home also comes equipped with an outdoor private shower so you can easily rinse off from the beach. The Golden Beach House Oasis II is just one block from the beach, a 5 minute walk to historic Gardner's Basin, a 5-7 minute walk to the playground and one mile away from the casinos on the Boardwalk. There is something here for everyone which makes staying here so enjoyable and memorable!

The house was less than 2 short blocks from the beach. Quiet gem near park and short drive to casino and activities on the main boardwalk. Owners very communicative and offered tips. Only feedback was the WiFi was not great. Tried resetting several times but didn’t work.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Cozy and cute!! Perfect location with a nice beach within a 5 minute walk, restaurants within walking distance too! The boardwalk/casinos were a 12 minute drive, plenty of parking too. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Review of family vacation

We were very happy with the accommodations. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also clean and very functional. We really enjoyed the TV especially the streaming services. We had a lovely time.

Comfortable & Cozy!

I brought my daughters & some friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean & cozy! Beds were very comfortable and the house seems spacious with 3 floors plus the bottom garage area. The garage is clean & set up with table & chairs, a “bonus” room for games or meals. Perfect for our larger group of 8 people!

Wonderful Trip

My sons and I had an amazing time! The house was super clean, cozy and right near a pier where they spent a lot of time fishing. We explored Atlantic City, Brigantine, and Ventnor City. Emma was super helpful and easy to get a hold of. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This property was very clean, well-kept and in a great location. They provided most of the items we needed and host was very helpful and accommodating. The only things that we would have liked were to have wash clothes and TV in all the bedrooms.

Beautiful vacation home

This home is beautiful and clean! Emma also gave us recommendations on what to do with our children as we have never been to Jersey. I loved that the home came with all the dishes and enough cleaning supplies for our stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We have no complaints. We will rent again in the future!

Great Girls Getaway Weekend

My sister, cousin and I (early 60's) wanted a nice place to stay that wasn't a hotel or casino so we could be together and enjoy the shore vibes, do a little shopping, enjoy great dining and have some spa time. We loved the location and having a parking spot and enjoyed walking to the local eateries for breakfast and dinner. We got plenty of great recommendations from the owner and booked time at Hard Rock's Rock Spa -- highly recommend! We each had a bedroom with a Queen bed and enjoyed the kitchen/dining area for am coffee and to as our general gathering spot. The TV in the living room was a great place for watching a movie together after dinner. The owner was responsive and helpful and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The house was exactly as advertised--clean, spacious, and located in an ideal area so it was easy to reach our areas of interest. Well stocked on supplies. The owner, Emma, kept in touch with us from pre- to post-trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone in our party loved this house. I would recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect accommodations. The only thing I would suggest for guests is to bring a sleep mask if you need darkness because the outside lights are very bright all night.

Birthday Weekend

I initially selected this location for my immedoate family because I was having a boat party which was right down the street. When we arrived, we instantly noticed the house was a stone’s throw from the Boardwalk. Upon entering, we noted the cleanliness and attention to detail. The layout was open to allow us to spend time together and have personal space as well. Prior to arrival, Emma was very responsive and understanding. This was my first time renting a home and I was unsure of the process. Once we arrived, everything was just as described and self explanatory so there was no need for help. I will definitely be a return guest.

The rental was very well kept and comfortable. Loved that bathing and kitchen detergents and soaps were included. We also enjoyed the area with restaurants and an aquarium in walking distance as well as the fishing dock and beach. Kris, the property host, was very helpful and her father was lovely. Would recommend this rental!!

We had a great vacation at this home with our grown kids and little grandsons! Everything was perfect! House was clean, close to the beach and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of everything we needed for our family. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly! Check in was a breeze also!

What a fantastic property!! Kris, Emma and the entire Javier Family are terrific-everything was as advertised, dealing with them is a pleasure and the place is Perfectly situated! Reasonable pricing and great amenities-close to everything one needs, bright, airy, serene and joyful atmosphere. Absolutely recommend with 6 Stars and will return!

A Great stay

We had an amazing stay. The owner and property manager was great and prompt with reaching out. The house has plenty of street parking. And is a 8 min drive to the showboat side. Very safe area.
