Your cozy getaway awaits in Ocean City at this delightful beach block condo. The property sleeps 4, featuring a 1 bedroom with a queen bed and an additional living room space with a comfortable full bed via a sleeper sofa. This 2nd floor unit also offers an elevator and 1 partially covered parking space to use during your stay. This property is perfect for a small family, group of friends a couple looking for a wonderful retreat. Enjoy the AC during the season, or heat during the off season during your stay.
There is an outside hose in the parking garage near the elevator to rinse off your sandy toes, or an outdoor shower with hot/cold water for those who might be extra sandy.

Please be advised, renters will need to provide their own linens.

This is a convenient place to call home base while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay!
