Renovated in 2023 with brand new furnishings added in 2024, this house is a clean, modern beauty. Its proximity to the beach allows for easy dashes home for bathroom breaks, refreshments, and lunch. Situated in the heart of downtown Margate, you can easily walk to a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and even mini golf. The house has 3 full bathrooms plus a private outdoor shower. Over abundant amount of appliances such as: 2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers. The house comes complete with a parking spot, beach chairs, bikes, and a grill. Centrally located 6 miles to Ocean City and 5.4 miles to Atlantic City. Beautiful Margate Home

The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and had everything we could need and more! It is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Sonia was awesome, easy to communicate with and super accommodating! It was a 5-Star home all around! We had a wonderful family vacation.
