  • Welcome to this 2nd floor updated charming condo that is located in downtown Ocean City Historical neighborhood that is only a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Downtown shopping district.

    It has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. This condo has 3 bedrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 bunk bed. Condo also includes a Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, one full Bathroom. Relax and feel the cool ocean breeze from the spacious covered front porch.

    Condo comes with 1 parking pass, outdoor shower, and laundry room and will supply you with beach tags, beach chairs and buckets shovels for the kids.

    Condo has TV's with streaming Xfinity cable in all 3 Bedrooms and Living Room and high speed wireless internet.

    Please note: Check in on arrival date is 2pm and Check out on departure is 10am.

    We rent to families and adults only, you must be over 25 years old to rent, no senior week rentals. GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets and pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES.

    A copy of current driver's license is required. License must be of person assuming responsibility for all terms under lease agreement. A rental agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours to secure listing. Person signing the agreement must be on premises for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd party booking allowed.

    1st floor is also available. It is 2 Bedroom/1Bath 1st floor unit. VRBO listing 2673633

We were very pleased with our stay. House was in a great location a block away from shops on Asbury and nicely decorated with a beach theme. Very clean and enjoyed the large porch.

Family vacation at the shore

The apartment was just as advertised. It has all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. The place is nicely decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen. There are beach toys for the kids including boogie boards that proved to be a big hit. The pushcart made it easy to get everything down to the beach. Parking behind the house and the beach tags were a big plus.

Absolutely loved the house! From decor to comfort, it was loved! Communication with the owner was super easy! He’s very accommodating and kind! The house had more than expected! It’s about 4 blocks from the boardwalk and normally that would deter us but with everything being so smooth and enjoyable, we said we would rent again in a heartbeat!
