FIRST FLOOR
Walk into your open kitchen/living room common space with a large walk out front porch and a half bath. You’ll also find the first of four bedrooms - a Junior suite with an en-suite full bathroom - perfect for the in-laws, grandparents or guests. Full designer kitchen has everything you need to whip up a solid meal. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV with all your favorite stations. Relax on the designer furniture with a lit fireplace or watch the OCNJ sunset from your front deck.

SECOND FLOOR
Walk up the custom stairwell to find three more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a full walk in laundry suite. This layout makes for a great family living space.
Large primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. In, between is a fourth full bathroom.

LOWER LEVEL
Located on the bottom/garage level is a finished masterpiece. There’s epoxy floors, a full size fridge, bar, and plenty of seating and games. Relax with a movie in the garage theater or play some Foosball. You will love this added bonus space. Also features a private indoor shower room for cleaning up from the beach.
