This house is everything you’re looking for in OCNJ.
You and your family will absolutely love staying at your new, well-appointed home away from home in Ocean City, NJ. It’s a corner property with a location that’s the best of both worlds. It’s in the middle of everything, yet a tad bit off the beaten path for extra privacy and relaxation. Walk to the beach in a little over ten minutes, or use your complimentary VIP Parking Pass to come and go at your reserved Boardwalk parking lot space at 12th and Boardwalk. Having a dedicated space near the beach, Boardwalk, rides, etc, makes your experience even better. 12th Street beach is Ocean City's number one beach with lifeguards, public restrooms, and loads of food and entertainment options.

UNIT FEATURES
1st FLOOR
Walk into your open kitchen / living room common space with a furnished, walk out front porch and half bath. The views from the front deck look directly towards the 9th Street causeway (perfect for taking in all the gorgeous sunsets). The open cook’s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. The living room has a large flat screen, designer furniture (electric recliners), and fireplace. There is a full laundry room also.

2nd FLOOR
Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The large Primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full with a twin pull out third bed. All rooms have Smart TVs.

LOWER LEVEL (The Tiki Lounge)
Located on the bottom / garage level is a finished 1,000 square foot Tiki Lounge. Relax by yourself with a movie or have a game night with family and friends. You will love this huge added bonus space; check out our collection of board games.

PARKING
This property has reserved parking on a driveway pad for two cars. Plus, guests will receive a VIP Parking Pass for use at 12th street and Boardwalk parking lot. There’s also plenty of free street parking at the front and on the side of the house.

WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Fantastic stay at this private home close to 9th street in OCNJ. Quick and easy communication with owner who provided a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. Thought of everything a Vrbo visitor would need. Spacious and well maintained property. Was very nice to have the place all to ourselves. Even provided a parking pass for beach - made our stay one to remember forever!!

We loved our visit to 745 Moore Ave. jodey was a wonderful host and very responsive… The house was perfect and in a great location… We were able to walk to the beach and shops and also enjoyed use of the parking passes at 12th and boardwalk as well as the chair and umbrella rental perks that came with the house… Very comfortable and clean home located in the heart of Ocean City

We took our daughter and a couple of her friends to the shore for the weekend. The house accommodated us very well. The kids loved the space in the garage to hang out and play games. It’s not far from the boardwalk and super convenient to Acme! Jody was responsive anytime we reached out. Highly recommend!

My family and I rented this property to stay for a weekend wedding near Ocean City. The home was more beautiful in person that the pictures online. It was open, clean, big enough for our large group and had plenty of parking. We so enjoyed the town, was fabulous for our 3 and 5 year olds also. Jody was so very accomodating and welcoming. This house was fantastic! It was so clean and spacious. We had 2 families and my parents staying here and there was enough space for all. Jody was also wonderful to work with from check in to answering any questions we might have had about Ocean City. The beach was a few blocks away but having a parking space included was also a huge plus in our minds. We will definitely be booking this house for next Summer!

This was overall the best vacation we have had in a really long time! The house was perfect! The attention to detail - all the little extras! It made us feel like we were staying at a friends house. The owner really went the extra mile! The location is great! We were close enough to the beach and boards that we could easily access by walking or driving - yet far enough away that we didn't have to deal with all the crowds of people. We really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly do it again! Thank you to Jodi and Family for making us feel so welcome!
