Escape to the heart of Downtown Ocean City, NJ at this 10th Street and Asbury Avenue property. The three bedroom, three full bathroom loft-style apartment is super cool and boasts over 1,500 square feet of indoor space plus a huge 400 square foot outdoor entertainment oasis. The entire unit was completely rebuilt and refurnished, so everything is brand new!

UNIT FEATURES
GREAT ROOM
Step right off Asbury Avenue, head up one flight of stairs and enter into this awesome downtown loft. There’s a large open kitchen/living room/great room with sliding glass door leading out to a massive private deck. The gourmet kitchen is made for entertaining and can seat guests comfortably. It’s stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. Enjoy the 50" Smart TV after a long beach day and Boardwalk night.

THREE BEDROOMS / THREE FULL BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has direct/awesome views to Asbury Avenue as well as a king size bed and 43" Smart TV. The primary en-suite bathroom has a beautiful windowed bath and double vanity. Each of the two other good-sized bedrooms feature a queen bed, a bunk bed (full bottom/twin top), Smart TVs, a shared full bathroom as well as a third full bath off the great room.

PRIVATE DECK
Head out the sliding glass doors onto your oversized sundeck with a bar, lounge chairs, fire pit and sun all day long! Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Everything about this deck is brand new and awesome!

PARKING
Reserved parking in the driveway for one car. How awesome is that? It is very rare to have a private parking spot on Asbury Avenue in the Downtown district.

Guests staying at our Asbury Loft property are treated to a welcome gift of fun cards for free play at JiLLys Arcade on the Boardwalk and gift cards to JiLLy’s Stores on Asbury and the Boardwalk, plus coupons and discounts to local businesses. Wonderful place and superb location

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The place is spacious and location centrally located for all things Ocean City. The owner was very responsive. The loft had lots of great items on hand such as beach toys, boards and chairs which made a huge difference for a family driving in 1 car 😊 We will definitely come visit again and stay at this very location.

Mini Vacation with family

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. All parts of the apartment were very clean, well maintained and fresh. This property is all about location being at the heart of Asbury Ave. For those who never visited Ocean City, Asbury Ave is where all the shops and dining venues are. Plus its only 5 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Property is perfect for a family getaway, spacious gathering area due to open concept. Property was very clean upon arrival. Jody the host answered all questions in a very timely manner, plus gave detailed recommendations for dining. Our family enjoyed a wonderful experience, would stay even longer next time.

Wonderful Return to OCNJ

Our family came for vacations every summer to OCNJ for many years. We haven’t been back in a while and decided to make a last minute trip this summer. We got so lucky that this property was available! Our entire family had an amazing trip. The house is perfectly located, very clean, comfortable and newly updates. There are beach tags and everything you need for a beach trip. Jody is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful trip and hope to return!

Asbury Ave 5⭐️

The owner, Jody was wonderful! We met him when we couldn’t navigate the internet WiFi. He took midafternoon time to help us out…the paperwork describing the login was missing- so he came over to help us login. Overall, the place was right for our family of 5. We enjoyed the location the most! It’s within walking distance of everything we needed! We appreciated the space, amenities and cleanliness. Great stay!

Pleasant weekend in OC

Apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. However, there were some inconveniences e.g. no outlet in master bathroom, no towel rack in master bathroom. When we returned home, we contacted our host and he said he would address our concerns for future guests. Also, parking could be a problem if you have more than one car because space alloted was very limited.

Excellent Property

The property was excellent and exactly as described. It was spacious, private, and had off street parking. We had short walks to restaurants, shopping, beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and nights. 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 4 beach tags were provided. The beds were comfortable and water stayed hot through 4 consecutive showers. The host welcomed us with a JiLLy’s gift basket that included candy, discounts to JiLLy stores, and a pre-paid arcade card, which was very much appreciated. We had trouble figuring out the keypad to enter the property and Jody was quick to respond and explain how to get in. We would rent this place and other properties of this host anytime.

Great on the surface

The photos show the best of the property. The location is quite good. However, staying there revealed a few issues. Cleanliness was one. The rugs were quite dirty as well as under the beds and furniture. Corners of the bathrooms and floors had dust and cobwebs around. The lighting was not good. Every ceiling light was blaring without dinners. The ambiance in the morning and night was bad. There are no lamps for some basic lighting. Regulating the temperature for showers and baths (with kids) was a pain. It took minutes for the hot water to even be felt and difficult to adjust due to the delay in feedback. This was particularly difficult with the young kids. The final bit was that there were no comforters. We showed up with sheets and needed to buy an extra blanket the following day after being cold the first night. Again nice location and unit, but those little issues add up.

Wonderful beach house

This beach house is in a great location to the boardwalk and beach ! The beach wagon and chairs that came with the house made packing so much easier with small children. The house was wonderful and we would definitely stay again !

The property was clean and a short distance to the boardwalk. We had only experienced a small issue and that was taken care of immediately. Plenty of room and I would stay here again.
