About this property

3 bedroom first floor Condo with patio and outdoor grilling/table & seating area

  • The beach and boards are in walking distance it takes us under 10 minutes to walk. after your beach day park your car in driveway. walk up just 3 steps and relax on front porch or put your favorite food on Weber grill and chill. Outdoor sitting area and table area under pergola. Inside you can enjoy watching tv on a 55" 4k smart Roku TV with sound bar. House includes all new stainless steel appliances! WiFi and Roku's in bedrooms or bring your own Roku/Firestick. This unit has 1.5 bathrooms
    The bedrooms also have flat screen TV's . kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. Additional outside shower! Note this is a non smoking building. We only rent to adults over 21. no events and no senior week rentals. Beach tags are the responsibility of the guest and can be purchased on the boardwalk.
