Rooms are big and clean

Great

Our stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently provided warm, attentive service especially their help with valet, room service and navigating the hotel. The location is ideal - just steps from the pier and surrounded with a lot of dining options. One standout feature was the upgrade to the suite in the north tower, big bathroom big living and big room with a view of the pier. Wished we stayed a few extra nights to...

Historical & nice vibe! Super comfy bed and nice hosts! Office only open from 10am - 10pm 'tho and not accessible if in wheelchair Other than that - great location = 1min walk to Tropicana, a little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the casino when it is time for bed. Winter traveler - SURPRISINGLY warm room consider it is minus 2 or 3 outside! Love it and highly recommended.

Good location

Convenient access to the boardwalk

Close to the beach even though it was overcast and rainy. No breakfast facilities. Room is looking tired. Furniture coming apart.

When I checked in the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a great view and well equipped with everything needed. I even got a call from the concierge to check if I was happy (never had that before). It is a little way away from the dazzling lights but it suited me down to the ground. Would definitely stay there again.
