Not the place to live, very hard to find a front desk, once you find front desk there are only 2 person for check in and check out which takes hours to finish your transaction. Will not recommend to my friend or family.

I stayed for the weekend in a suit and when i walked into the bathroom, the toilet bowl was dirty. I confronted the front desk they gave me a $50 comp to any of the restaurants. I went to carmine's the next following day and they had nothing on file, making me feel silly in front of my server. I have pictures of the bathroom and was never compensated for my stay

The property was simply unclean. Around the property if you pay attention to elevators and floors and the rooms. The room we had in the Chelsea tower was full of dust and other unclean areas. Nothing was offered to accommodate besides coming to clean and they came, but to “clean,” not so much.

parking garage walls were power washed or painted, nice the elevator inside doors need to be replaced in the Havana Building. The back and side walls are fine

Very nice, but very difficult to find your way around the property! People were helpful. The casino allows smoking in many areas, of which I am not a fan. Restaurant options and amenities were plentiful.

Tropicana was very nice and clean. My boyfriend and I we stood at the Chelsea Tower side and I love It, it was very nice.

Check in for this hotel was horrendous! No staff!! No where to sit in their lobby! Line wrapped around forever!! No one came near our room to clean! An entire werkend! My husband had to hunt down staff just to get some vlean towels! Unacceptable! Not even valets be prepared to wait good 45 mins to get your car..the entire place is under staffed!!

We had booked the Tropicana for a night and the AC did not work in spite of calling Maintenance several times. After being promised that someone would be there to fix it within the hour, nothing had changed after 4-5 hours when we returned to the room after spending time at the casino. Management would not take responsibility and was willing to take off the resort fees of $39, when the room was sweltering at 76 degrees and we had paid close to 160$ for the night...rooms are dated and ACs dont work well in general....i shudder to think what it would be like in July / Aug

I paid for a certain room, and tropicana gave my room away. I called to check in early they said no. When they told me to come in the next day to switch my room i did what they asked. Then when i went to switch the room they blocked for me, they gave it away. So i was stuck with a room that i should not have had. And did not get reimbursed or receive any accommodation. Terrible weekend experience, i was uncomfortable and upset that i was told they cannot do anything about it.

The hotel did not have non-smoking rooms, and my wife had bad asthma. We tried, but the hotel couldn't provide anything that didn't pose a risk to my wife's health, so they refunded our stay. They said they would reach out to Expedia to initiate the refund.

When I arrived was told the room I book was taken was given another smoke room , horrible couldn’t breathe the smell of the cigarette smoke was so bad didn care nope still was forced till the next day for another room

I like the Havana Tower. It's better than the other place I stayed in during my first visit. This by far was the easiest check in and outi have had. I managed to avoid the elevator crowd at checkout too.

I reserved a Deluxe King in the South Tower and they gave it away by the time I got to the hotel. All they had left was one room in the Chelsea Tower in which the room didn’t look like it’s been updated in 15 years. The Air Conditioner didn’t work properly and the TV was faulty. I complained about AC and was told someone would look at in an hour, that never happened. I paid $430 a couple hours of sleep. I have stay at the Trop a few times and I’ve always had a good experience until now. Sorry to say I’m very disappointed.

We love Wet Willies! But we miss some of the older slot machines, but crazy about all the new video game-like slots. Bring back the good old Lucky 7s!
