I will post on all social media,and everyone I know never even consider the harrah hotel.they did not clean my room for 2 days,and when they did it was after 10 pm, the house keeper was very pleasant and clean the room .the phone and wifi was barely working.they didn’t send fresh linen and towels. And we had to wait for toilet paper .when we called the front desk they hung up on us and took 20 mins to assit us. We will never go there ever.

There was no toiletries in the room except 2 bars of face soap. When asked to bring shampoo the rep said to wait about an hour. We had to leave early and did not have time to wait an hour for shampoo, asked if it can be brought sooner the rep said she had put a ticket (request) an we have to wait; then she hung up . On the way out we saw a maid and asked why shampoo was not placed in the room she handed 2 conditioners- probably thinking those were shampoos … Sad… Very sad

We and no bottom sheet, are room smelled like somke,are sink was leaking, are bath towels had stains, kid pool water was brown and full my daughter wasn’t able to swim comfortable. Kids were jumping into the pool.and it was very stuffy. And there should have been a buffet not all kids want to eat fancy food as well food should be less then what i paid.
