No communication with host or owner to this place. We were stranded in Atlanta without a place to stay due to the lack of communication. This place is a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE.!!!

AWFUL experience. This property does not exist. I tried to cancel 3 days before with a full refund because I didn't want to get stranded like the other renters (reviews). Reason being....the address provided for the property was a restaurant and after repeated attempts to get the actual address, still nothing. They gave me the location of the "area" but no specific address. So like anyone would have, I canceled but with NO REFUND from VRBO. VRBO was another awful experience, with horrendous customer service. There approach was that I needed to attempt to arrive, THEN I would get a refund. So I am supposed to try first, get stranded, then get my refund? Disgusted and annoyed at this experience. And even worse that VRBO is supporting such a rental property.

had to find a hotel nearby. Only thing we could find was $900/night. VRBO case specialist told us to 'get a hotel and VRBO would reimburse the first night.' He did tell us to pick a specific property or price limitation. We were on the phone for over 155 minutes until someone told us we would be reimbursed for the VRBO charge and a hotel charge. Now it looks like we will be lucky to get the $650 back from the VRBO scam.
