AC wasn't cold despite placing on coldest, Phone never worked so could never order room service, Concierge could never get the correct package even though proof was shown and we had to insist he go look again then he found it, all the workers in Nest were sop slow and lazy that we starved for extra hour for no reason. Never going back.

The property is very nice and the service was good as well. I will say there were a couple of issues that overshadowed me having the best experience. The parking fee is outrageous $60 a day. The housekeeper was knocking on my door at 8AM to complete room service. Mind you I’m on vacation so sleep was a priority for me. The drinks were good but they include a huge block of ice in the center to lower the amount of alcohol in the cup. I had the gold rush and the pineapple puffer. I really wanted to swim but the pool is closed until Memorial Day.

Brand new hotel with very spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and fantastic in-room amenities. One of the best hotel rooms I have ever had the pleasure to stay in!

My view was by the pool but it wasn't open yet. I liked the design of the building and friendly parking staff, but the maintenance was very noisy so I heard alot of noise outside my room. I would stay again. No microwaves in room so I couldn't bring leftovers back.

Spacious room with great view. Clean and modern room. I just had to go down to the front desk twice because my key was not working. My room also did not have QR code for room service so I had to call the guest service who helped me kindly. Hilton app is not working for me ( to find my reservation) so I couldn’t use mobile app

The building being so new had a great allure to it but the incompetence of the staff and the paper thin exterior walls on the side of the building facing the stadium had several guests including us waking at 6 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday due to the music and PA system for the event being held next door.

We booked double beds, when we got there all they had was a king bed. Really inconvenient with 3 people. Also, there was a half marathon on Saturday and Sunday. They started playing loud music and talking on loud speaker at 6:00 am. Not the best wake up call. Then upon checking out it took over an hour to get our car from the Valet service. Food was good and room was clean, but the overall experience was not great.

The first night the hotel ran out of food and tried to give my daughter tomato paste instead of tomato soup. We woke up with bed bug bites everywhere and the phones did not work. We went down to make a complaint and had to join 10 families that were complaining about the dirty rooms .

Location was very convenient for our event and the property nice and clean. Noise was an issue as we could hear full conversations from the rooms on both sides of ours. Valet parking was horrendous. This hotel is obviously not prepared for the number of guests they had staying. It took over an hour to get out car.

Beautiful hotel, but rude staff. From the front desk to the managers- all rude. Waited 3 hours to get my room (it was 7pm when I checked in— mind you check in is at 4pm). Me along with many people waited hours to get our room. Absolutely ridiculous. They didn’t offer any accommodations, not even a drink! It was either “wait and keep checking with us to see if a room becomes available” or “pay extra to upgrade to a different room that’s ready now”. My advice- don’t book this room if you’re attending an even at the Mercedes Benz stadium or the Georgia World Center. You won’t have your room in time and you’ll deal with the worst hotel staff.

Hotel is nice and so was the staff. The rooms and views of the city are very nice. Just be aware that there is no on-site parking. Valet parking is $60 so be prepared for that.

Beautiful property. Five minute walk to the State Farm Arena. Very clean hotel. Matthew was very responsive and attentive. The air conditioner did not get to the set temperature, which made the room stuffy. The only minor issue was not being granted a late checkout byJacquelyn. We were told during check-in to just call and inform the front desk on the day of checkout. Other than that the stay was amazing.
