Great location, cozy

Clean, well appointed, great location, cozy, comfortable, not far from attractions in the area yet off the beaten path and quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

Accommodating and Friendly

We were in town for an engagement party in Historic Roswell. This property is very convenient to the little downtown. The property was very accommodating with little welcoming touches that we really appreciated. I needed to speak to the owners a couple of times and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Great VRBO

The carriage house apartment was very clean and was nicely stocked for the weekend. Easy walk to all of historic Roswell’s restaurants and shops. Great communication with the owners. Perfect stay for the wedding weekend!

Great place for small family

Overall experience was great. The place is clean and easy to find. Great space for a small family. Place was quiet and felt very private for being in a neighborhood. Close to a lot of unique restaurants. Would recommend to friends staying in the Atlanta area.

Our Home Away From Home

This was our 3rd time staying at Carriage House. We love how cozy and charming it is. It’s in a beautiful and quiet area that’s close to great shopping and dining. Sharon and Eric are amazing hosts. We definitely plan to visit again!

Great location & wonderful amenities!

This is in a wonderful little spot with multiple places to eat and drink. You’re close to multiple shopping spots as well. All that, while avoiding heavy traffic and congested areas. Our overall stay was wonderful! The place had all you needed - soap, detergent, plates, pans, etc. The description is spot on. Checkin and checkout was super easy and communication was spot on. Would highly recommend.

Great location in Roswell - central to northern suburbs of Atlanta and right down the street from the charming downtown Roswell area. The house was stocked with everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were available and helpful if any questions ever came up. The place was very clean and cutely decorated.

Wonderful apartment and location

The apartment is located on a quiet cul de sac very close to downtown Roswell. It is clean and spacious. In addition, the owners were very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Apartment

This place was great! My husband and I stayed there for the weekend and not only was it comfortable, but Sharon stocked the fridge with waters and left snacks for us. Checking in and out was a breeze and the location is undoubtedly one of the best in Atlanta. 5 stars all the way!

Perfect place

Had a wonderful stay in Eric and Sharon's guest house. The house was immaculate and so well stocked with everything you could ever need! They are fabulous hosts checking on us several times to see if we needed anything. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops on Canton Street in Roswell--couldn't be more convenient! We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Atlanta!

Awesome Hosts

The Apartment was gorgeous. Clean new well decorated. Comfortable beds. We equipped kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Roswell. We plan to stay again on our next trip from SC Sharon and Eric were super and left us some delicious goodies.
