PARKING FEE of $12 a night per car is ridiculous. Nobody reads the parking portion on the booking site. However, when you arrive at hotel the indication to a parking fee is by signs all over the place. Then the afternoon/evening staff informed me that it will be $12 per night. Advised staff that it was unfair to charge for parking, they responded that it was corporate level to make the any changes. Then I asked the morning staff the next day and was informed it was the owner responsibility to make any changes. Now which is it?? The Hyatt up the road does not charge - so why this one? The other reason for a low rating is that the front desk never put in my wake up request causing us to rush in order to leave as planned. Plus the front sliding doors sound like they are going to fall off when opening and closing.

Very incompetent staff , barely spoke any English , charged me 3 times , 3 different transactions security deposit, didn’t know how to operate the computer , manager was annoyed when called to resolve the issue, still didn’t fix it

I stayed at the Hilton the 2 nights prior and couldn’t get any sleep. Granted this was a Monday night but it was wonderful. The towels were not as plush, the shampoo etc. less quality… but I don’t care! I would choose the Hyatt!!!

We stayed one night at Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross. The sink faucet was inverted, and both the bed and couch made squeaky noises with the slightest movement. The pillows were low quality and not fluffy. The restroom door didn’t close properly. While the room size was decent, the design wasn't very well thought out. I would prefer other hotels before returning here.

The rooms are very spacious. They have a mini refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. I didn't like that there was no microwave and you had to pay for parking. We ending up having to stay another day and they were able to accommodate us and we were able to keep our same rooms. Overall it was a good hotel and pet friendly.

Needs to be noted that the parking lot for the hotel is owned by a 3rd part and it’s $12 a day to park there. Seams most of the A/C in the hotel wasn’t working. Elevator and hallways uncomfortably hot. Room A/C had to work overtime to keep your room cool.

Had to get moved from one room to another because the bathtub wasn’t draining properly and pooled up to ankles and had left over hairs on the walls. Once we got moved over, there was a roach in the bathroom (alive) and the room was unusually hot. Other than that it was fine I guess.
