Booked parking through way app...made the experience a joy. At desk he printed my parking ticket and told me where to park. Set up 5:30 pick up for shuttle.

Our visit did not start off on the best first impression as when we entered the room we saw a roach run under the fridge. The front desk was very responsive to this and promptly moved us to a different room.
Overall the 2nd room was nice and no problems there.
Now onto the airport shuttle. The van sounds like it is about ready to fall apart at any time and the driver warned us he had to literally slam the sliding door closed to get it to stay (driver said it had close to 400k miles…probably time to invest into a new van). Then due to some unfortunate delays out of the drivers control we waited for 60-75 min at the airport waiting for the shuttle. Communication between the front desk and the shuttle driver could really be improved as all we were told is he is on his way. Then the next morning we came downstairs to catch the shuttle just to find out the front desk had not put us on the schedule as requested the night before…luckily the driver was still in the general vicinity and turned around to pick us up. I think I might opt to use ride shares in the future vs the hotel shuttle.

We had a wonderful stay on 4/10/24 after a day at the Masters before we flew out the following day. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We saw construction materials outside the hotel, but did not experience or see any work going on inside. We didn't hear any planes coming or going while we were there. It was a short 5 minute drive from the hotel to the rental car return and we passed several gas stations along the way which was helpful.
We were pleased with our choice and would stay here again. It was everything one needs for a quick in and out and a restful night.

The staff seemed to be having a bad night and could not bring themselves to be friendly. This location is extremely noisy when airplanes are taking off over hotel. Driveway to get to hotel very difficult to find and so many gates it made us wonder if our car would be safe.

Did not like Gates for getting in and out of hotel property. Food in hotel market was the most overpriced I've seen. $5 for a snack sized bag of chips! Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

We only stayed 1 night due to convient distance to the airport ( we had connecting flight). Place was clean and stuff was very friendly. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

The property seems to be quite new, is very clean, and our room was quite spacious, well laid out, with all the needed amenities. The service was good, I would stay here again if I ever need a hotel close to the Atlanta airport

The room was well cared for, clean, sunny, quiet, comfortable, and safe. The hotel is near all kinds of restaurants, from iHop and McDonald’s and Wendy’s to Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, and Italian. It’s in a sweet little town that is walkable and interesting. Highly recommend!

The hotel has fenced parking with a gated entry. The staff was very pleasant. It is about 10 minutes to the airport by car.

I do not have anything bad to say about this hotel. Check in was easy. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable.
