What I like the most was the shower. It was warm, hot and the pressure was like a massage. What I like least is the prices are so high. We bought ice cream downstairs and a tiny bottle of vodka and it cost 35.00 . But we are in Atlanta in the middle of everything.

Very beautiful inside. Parking is difficult and the main entrance is very small for the size of the hotel. Cars are always honking their horns trying to get through the entrance and it is very noisy to those staying in lower levels of the hotel.

This particular location was convenient. Not far from the airport and had dining options. I used 3 of 4 restaurants. Never made it to the roof top. Hotel is very active. Scale of 1-10 I’d give it a 7. Close to many sight seeing places. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The customer service sucks. They gave us a room the first time and it was already occupied by someone else. We had to go back downstairs n let them know gave us another room. We got the room it smelled dirty the restroom smelled like pee. The pillows smelled the refrigerator was not cooling well. I didn’t know they charge parking was told the deposit left was going to go towards parking which is ridiculous most hotel provide parking.

I was disappointed when I was put on the lowest level. And, I didn’t like it when the shower was stopped up while I was about to step in it. However, the staff came swiftly to rectify the situation. It would have been better for us if we were moved to higher level, but perhaps next time.

Great hotel, is in the center of the city. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The bar staff were cool & patient - Kesha, Ivan, Peter & Jonathan (the Mgr.). Definitely is a place I will stay again!

Clean property, nice rooms. Doors are too loud - didn’t sleep at all because ppl were coming in and out all night. Food is way overpriced and not great. Elevators shake.

The property surrounding were a little sketchy at night time, a lot of beggars, but it was wonderful being able to walk to restaurants and shops, I will revisit this hotel.

I loved the sky bridge and having access to the train station without having to walk the streets except when peach tree closes so early. Wish there was access for hotel guests to walk through. Loved trader Vic's with live music and excellent Mai Tai's. Everything was easy access and the room was nice but there was a sticky spot on the carpet and the grout in the shower was wearing thin. I would also recommend changing the outlets as plugs fall right out. Lastly maybe have some type of free movie streaming service.

The marketing photos looked better than the property. The room was old and when the shower in use water spilled all over the floor. The common area was average. In addition, pricing of the coffee shop was substantially more than what I could expect in NY. This is my last time at a Hilton.

Nice staff and good food on the hotel restaurant but expensive. Outdated rooms, nothing to do around the hotel, you need to walk 15min or more for restaurants and entertainment.
