Needs deep cleaning. The bugs were awful
The outside picture that was posted is accurate. We arrived at our check-in time. The sheets and comforters were nasty they had stains on them. We had to clean all the bedding. The front door doesn't go all the way to the floor allowing bugs to enter the premises. The furniture is old and has stains on it. The house was not what i expected it could have been better

Family Vacation
The house is spacious and accomodated our family. The rooms with the king beds had no air circulation. We brought fans. There were not enough towels to accomodate guest. We had to run the dryer 4-5 times for dry clothes and towels (huge inconvenience). Received the no smoking inside or OUTSIDE of house rule with checkin instructions. I emphasized cleaniness from previous reviews (was informed matters were taken care of from host) but had dead bugs in corners and had a few live spiders.

Deep Cleaning Needed
Overall the home was nice however there were several listed amenities that were unavailable or not able to use. All outdoor grills were filthy. Home has not been dusted in months. Various stains on the walls, rug and furniture.. home needs a good deep cleaning. My girlfriends and I brought our own cleaning supplies to clean the common areas. I would recommend to anyone staying here bring your cleaning supplies and laundry supplies if you plan on using the laundry.

Family vacation
There were a few things wrong with the property. For starters the front door wouldn’t latch to lock,therefore we couldn’t all be gone from the house at once someone had to stay there for the safety of our belongings. The dining room table is extremely small and only has 4 chairs which 1 of the chairs was extremely loose making it hard for anyone to sit in it without the concern of falling, the couches are extremely old and low to the floor making it hard for elderly to get up. The vent in the bathroom is completely hanging down. The Listed BBQ grill is rusted and not working. There were bugs throughout the entire house. There was no iron or ironing board as listed. Lastly the steps had a carpet piece hanging and we had a fall from the stair as well as from the couch bench that’s in the living room by the patio door. This house has a lot of potential but most definitely needs some updates.

Great location for Georgia sites
Overall a good stay. House was big and each person had their own space, TVs in each room. House wasnt the most up to date. Couldnt do anything outside because grill was rusty and broken. Looked like someone may have stayed there the week before and there wasnt enough time to do a really good cleaning. Overall 4 out 5 stars, it was such a perfect location for what we wanted to do very centrally located. Host communicated well during booking and check in. No issues with entry and very comfortabke beds in the bedrooms.

This home has mold stains in the ceiling. Which caused breathing issues with my family. We only stayed in the house 2 nights. Bugs running around the house as well as dust (heavy)…in vents and on ceiling fans. I purchased more cleaning supplies as well to clean the home. For the amount of money I spent for this home, I would have expected more.

The property was great but had a few things to be desired. It was advertised as a 3 bath but was actually 2.5 bath. Had a stench of urine outside. Access to park in garage would have been nice. The beds were hard (need to be more comfortable). Need a bigger table in the dining area, and would like to have had the code to the lock box at least 24 hrs prior not 2hrs to check in. Those are areas that could be improved but did not really effect the rating much. Woukd definitely have been 5 star instead of 4 with a few of the suggested details.

I was in town in business. My team and I loved our stay at this location. Would definitely go back again. Very peaceful and vibrant establishment. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need outside the home is no more than 2 miles away. KB is an awesome host.

The overall experience was great. The only thing I would recommend is making sure whoever cleans the property is really doing a deep clean there was a really bad odor when we first arrived the inside of the oven definitely needs to be deep cleaned, also have someone every now then clean the ceiling fan in the living/family room area it wasn't clean and one of the bulbs was out on the ceiling fan light. Just a few tips but again the place is big and very nice

The house floorplan was good. The property, furniture and beddings had a really stale and not fresh. They were also very worn and need replaced. Ironing board was broken. Towels and wash cloths were well worn. Downstairs heat did not work. If the house is freshened up it would make a nice property to stay in.

Great for large family, host is annoying
This home is a good size for a large family. I booked it for the elders in my family to stay during my wedding and they were comfortable here. The host was a little annoying for charging me for extra people and messaging me about it repeatedly on the day of my wedding. I found that to be highly inconsiderate and very unnecessary for a 3 night stay. Also made me wonder if they were watching us which made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that the host was nice and accommodating leading up to the reservation and eventually cancelled the request for additional payment.

There were 3 barbecue grills & they were all dirty the top roof of the patio needs to be repaired because it looked like it can cave inn the patio was dirty only 2 chairs were on the patio Only one room had towels laid out on the bed Nothing was left out as display such as coffee machine there was laundry left in the dryer Jacuzzi tube didn't work It's a beautiful home but it doesn't accommodate 7 people comfortably

1. Time to buy soft towels 2. Not enough glassware 3. Blinds are old and some don't work 4. My son -in law cut his finger in a sharp utensil 5. A birthday wine glass shatter when washing 6. The entry rug was a trip hazard 7. Not enough coffee cups or dinner plates 8. Not enough dishtowels
