"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "Hotel com boa infraestrutura, boa equipe de atendimento em geral, boa comida, e tudo isso numa região muito bonita. O destaque fica para a equipe de monitoria infantil. Contudo, para o que o hotel cobra e para o que se propõe, vejo e necessidade de melhorias importantes. Os quartos, a área das piscinas, as instalações dos restaurantes não estão à altura de um hotel de luxo."
