Hotel para família com crianças .

Se você tem criança é um excelente hotel . Boa área de lazer desde infantil até pré adolescência. Mas se for com amigos se prepara para muitoooo barulho de crianças para todo lado. Estive em um hotel semelhante a este com comida bem melhor . Apesar de ter pago um valor bem alto na estadia cada vez que queria tomar um café expresso era cobrado como consumo extra . Não acho que faça diferença para o hotel “ agradar o cliente “, mas para mim, como hóspede me pareceu que o importante é receber mais e mais dinheiro . No sábado a famosa feijoada estava FRIA. As sobremesas eram poucas variadas. O que com 3 dias de estadia enjoamos no segundo dia . Esperava bem mais do hotel pelo que ele custa .

Não conhecia o hotel. Achei um pouco cansativo. Tudo muito limpo, mas a acessibilidade ainda tem que melhorar. Vi idosos com dificuldade pra subir e descer do trem, que era o que conduzia para piscinas e outras atividades. Todos os banheiros não tem uma parte pra criança ( vaso sanitário e pia) já que tem muita criança usando o Hotel. A equipe de monitores achei fraca, pelo menos na idade do meu neto. O restaurante também fica bem tumultuado nas refeições.

Bom mais poderia ser melhor .

Hotel muito bom , fui com minha filha de 4 anos que para ela não tem defeito . Para adultos que somos mais exigentes eu achei que a colchão , enxoval de cama e banha deixa muito a desejar . Além de ter carpete nos quartos que eu não gosto mais o cheiro pelo menos não incomoda . Está bem cuidado . Só por esse motivo eu não consigo avaliar como excelente pelo valor cobrado na diária que não eh barato

Estadia foi muito boa. Restaurante fica bem cheio aos finais de semana mas conseguem contornar bem. Meu grande incomodo com o hotel se deve ao fato de, no sabado e domingo, temperatura das aquecidas estava super agradável. A partir domingo a tarde e segunda dia todo, reduzem a temperatura das climatizadas. P/ crianca e mto ruim isso..

Tudo foi ótimo, só acho que o necessita de um parque aquático. Piscina aquecida TB precisa modernizar. TB não recebi informação da que teve no teatro no sábado. De resto o hotel é excelente.
