This property is beautifully designed at a high spec and is in a great location in the cool Neos Kosmos close to the public transport station and many restaurants and cafes etc. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included in the apartment. The communication and professionalism of the UPSTREET management company is unparalleled. I believe this apartment was definitely worth every penny and I would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Property was amazing inside but the surrounding area does feel a little unsafe and dirty. Air conditioning was excellent, beds were decent and the apartment as a whole was really nice

Overall, unfortunately the photos did a better job of selling the property. In its immediate proximity are closed down shops and a homeless person, the elevator didn’t work a couple times (the outside door wouldn’t open), and the key code to get in had to be inputted 2-3 times each time. Inside, there were no toiletry amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) provided, we only got 2 towels for 5 nights of stay, and the wifi was weak (can’t really stream anything).

apartment itself is good, location is walkable to tourist spots and restaurants, coffee shops, clean and comfortable. But the worst part is the reservation issue. I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apratment from Expedia but turned out to be just 1 bathroom which is so inconvenient to we two couples travel together. Called the property management office and poor communication. they said will reply us the next morning for any 2bed2bath apartment to replace but never called. I talked to Expedia and they confirmed we have a booking of 2bedroom 2 bathroom apartment but the property emailed back it is not their responsiblity and they only offered 2bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. asked us to talk to Expedia. Their website did show they have 2 bed2bath apartment and the photo we received from the confirmation eamil als with a photo of the 2bed2bath apartment with a big open kitchen. That is the worst part of our booking experience with this property.
