Great apartment in Monastiraki

Amazing location, nice comfortable flat, kind and responsive property manager. Checking in could be easier, but overall it was a perfect spot for staying in Athens.

A great place to stay and walk to anything you want to see, or quickly catch a bus and go to the beach. A great coffee shop at street level for a quick cup before heading out. Shops, food, music all around. Super easy to locate with the historic church nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this location. Our host was very helpful and always accessible. We really appreciated the personal nature of our host. The space was very clean and comfortable. And the location turned out to be fantastic. Granted, there was no view of anything, but we were centrally located and easily walked to every attraction, lots of great food, and easy transportation. This property was located on a quiet street and was the perfect location for walking to all the local major attractions. Unit very large and has everything you would need for a stay. Great location, very clean and lovely apartment full of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. The only minor issue is that the owner didn’t communicate with us about how to check in the apartment, we couldn’t get his response from the Expedia message, but had to make an expensive international call to get him to open the door when we arrived. He was very nice showing us around the apartment.

A place to sleep, walk to Parthenon

It’s a place to sleep within walking distance (20 minutes or so) from the Parthenon. There are many different units pictured for this complex, and I think the experience varies according to which one you are in. We had the 2 bedroom city view, which was functional, nothing very great and really nowhere to spend time in the unit unless sleeping. No real common area, the view was the wall of the building next door or the fire escape. Also no ‘check-in’ area, so we had to meet the manager for the key, relying on messages through hotels.com. When arriving to an unfamiliar area at night in a busy city, it wasn’t the ideal experience. Next time I’ll opt for a place with more of a front desk presence, just to remove some travel stress.

Muy bien situado, en el centro y fácilmente accesible en metro o andando de los lugares típicos de visitar. Sala un poco pequeña, y cocina pequeña, pero habitaciones muy espaciosas. Fenomenal para estar unos días de turismo. Estuvimos cinco días y pasaron a cambiar ropa de cama , toallas y limpiar. Equipado con menaje básico y productos de limpieza y de higiene personal. Appartement bien équipé et situé a une dizaine de minutrs de marche de Plaka. Quartier silencieux la nuit et vivant le jour. Attention cependant, les photos de l'annonce representent plusieurs appartements, vous ne pouvez donc pas savoir lequel vous aurez. Hote arrangeant et tres sympathique.

大変便利な立地です。 メトロの駅や5分強、市場はもっと近くにあります。 斜め向かいに教会があり、朝6時半頃から日中は30分毎に鐘が鳴っていたようです。 周辺は昔からある商店街のような雰囲気でした。そう言えば歩行者天国だったかも。 事前に到着時刻を知らせるとともに、到着時は電話をする必要があります。 フロント、呼び鈴がないためです。 オーナーは上階に住んでいるそうです。 建物は商業ビルに見えます。1階は洋服屋でした。その横の凹んだところが入り口で、アテネの絵が全面に描いてあります。 部屋のセンスは普通ですが、必要な物は何でも揃っていて、快適です。 バルコニーもあり、洗濯物が干せました。 部屋は2LDKで広さは2人だと充分でした。 おススメします。

Great appartment in the Historical Centre close to pretty much everything. The apartment was clean, and good size, with everything we needed. Besides the chimes from the beautiful neighborhood church (which did NOT chime at night, thankfully), this is a very quiet, artistic, young and safe neighborhood. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
