I stayed at Iasonos Suites for one week. This boutique hotel is located just a 4 minute walk from the Metaxourgeio metro station, though the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best. Entry to both the hotel and one's room is via keypad. The hotel room is spacious and well cleaned with daily housekeeping. Air conditioning worked well, and the shower water was hot. For the price, Iasonos Suites is a good value. Communication with the hotel wasn't great. Even though I stayed for an entire week, Iasonos Suites contacted me after I left to settle a room tax. On top of this, the link they provided to pay this tax showed the wrong amount, though they assured me that I would only be charged for the nights I stayed. This tax could have and should have been resolved during my weeklong stay (I even ran into an employee on my second day), so imagine my surprise after checking out and taking a flight to find a surprise bill awaiting me.

Clean and modern. Breakfast was appreciated. Overall we were happy but be aware that it is noisy at night with traffic close by and there was a rooster that crowed for hours from 4 am until we left for the day. Luckily there were complimentary earplugs. Neighbourhood was also a little concerning.

The Team and the Property are absolutely lovely Getting your Breakfast delivered to your room is next level Awesome We got a text every night reminding us to order our breakfast for the next day, with a link to choices. Didn’t get the upgrade bottle of wine, not that bothered because the rest was fantastic. The Rooster on the roof a few doors away wasn’t great, but definitely different Everyone had a smile and was happy to talk to us, really nice people and great service

Some other reviews have mentioned it is in a seedy neighbourhood, only if you went looking for it. The Suites are ultra clean, modern and safe. Added bonus's are many lovely bars, cafe's, and the hop on hop off bus is just across the road.

The room is very clean and inside the hotel is lovely. However, if you are expecting to see a staff member, don’t hold your breath. When you find them, they are lovely, but they keep strange hours. This is more like an AirBnB or apartment rental, not a hotel. If you are a solo traveler, I would NOT recommend this place. It is in a very seedy part of town and although we were traveling in a large group, we were not comfortable walking in the alleys and side streets. Lots of drug use, needles, and our driver said we were next to brothels. It’s VERY loud- the earplugs they provide are a must to sleep. You either hear the cars racing or the rooster that starts crowing around 4 or 5 am. Breakfast comes from a cafe and is mid warm at best. Some days it came on time, others it was late, which make affect your plans.

Wonderful rooftop terrace with view of Parthenon. Places to eat nearby (Bread Factory is delicious!) Hotel was clean, showers were very nice, big room. Air conditioner isn't the best, but works. It's right next to a sports bar so it can get loud. We felt the area was safe for our family.

Overall a very nice hotel! You get a TV with Youtube and netflix, a coffee mashine and a small fridge. The bathroom is quite comfortable and clean. The staff is nice too! Only problem is noise of nearby traffic during theb night. Some homelesa people around the area are there too but didn't border us.
