The parking situation is abysmal. The shower going in and out you hit your head on the door frame. None the plugs in the room for power. It was very loud inside and I will never ever ever ever go in there again.

This has to be one of the best apartment type boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed. Not only is the price reasonable, within a short distance from the Acropolis, this boutique hotel is brand new purposed built for Airbnb type accommodation. All the furniture are brand new, the room is humongous, and there is a rooftop bar that is out of this world. Enjoying my coffee and breakfast at the chic rooftop within sight of the Acrpolis has to be one of my best travel experience. Highly recommended.

Short stay to see Athens & make Norwegian cruise.

I advised the Lasonos that I would be checking in after midnight my first day. The hotel does not have a staff that late however they sent me an email with a code for the front door and a code for my room number which was super easy to enter and get to my room. The next day I met Enxhi at the front desk. She was very friendly and was helpful with directions I asked about. On my last day when I checked out without asking she was kind enough to offer to hold my luggage if I was going to explore the city some more which I did. I also met Hlias during my stay and he was also very friendly. The room was modern and very clean. The location is a block and a half from the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop. There are several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, many also within a block and a half. The hotel sits about 50 steps in a alley / street from the main street. I may appear questionable at first glance however I felt no danger. There is a small restaurant directly across from the hotel maybe 15 steps where locals gather. I got a few stares but after two days of eating and drinking beer there I made many of them smiling. The food was homemade and very tasty. It's not on the menu everyday and if it is the Moussaka is delicious. I was in Athens to explore for a few days before boarding my Norwegian cruise. The hotel is a clean comfortable economic no frills hotel in a perfect location to get around and explore Athens if you intend to catch a cruise.

BE AWARE, Don’t stay here. 24/7 front desk doesn’t exist. I arrived at 2 pm and no one was there to let me in. A guest finally let me in. There was only a non-English speaking, Cleaning Lady who showed up after a while. And showed me to my room. For two days, I had nobody who spoke English. I wasn’t even given the code to open front door or to access my room. I paid for the most expensive room with a view. My reservations was for three days. I asked to cancel my reservation and they did not agree. On second day manager and a nice receptionist showed up both speak spoke English. And admit it that everything was wrong and promised to make it up to me. So I trusted them and asked for a partial refund. They said they will make it up to me and all they did was give me a ride to the airport on the third day when I was checking out. I was under the impression that they giving me some sort of refund for the high rate that I paid and what I received, but of course they didn’t do anything NO BREAKFAST Available, nothing at all. Walk to Acropolis LIE. Need to take metro and go 3 stations. I literally had to go next-door to the mechanic shop to even ask how to get to the Metro. Not knowing if it was even safe for me to walk around the area. But I finally managed to find some food and Metro ROOF GARDEN that I was excited about was a mess. Hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. They cleaned it a bit while I was there. my first vacation in Athens was completely ruined.

Iasonos Suites boten uns ein geräumiges Zimmer. Das Bad, insbesondere die Dusche waren super, alles pikobello sauber. Jeden Tag fanden wir frisches Wasser im Kühlschrank und neue Kaffeekapseln neben der Maschine. Die Atmosphäre ist unpersönlich, Checkin erfolgt über Zugangscodes und elektronische Türschlösser. Bei der Gestaltung der Lobby bekommt man das Gefühl, das Hotel möchte in seiner Umgebung nicht auffallen, die Lobby ist dunkel und unpersönlich. Das Hotel liegt zentral (20 Gehminuten in die Altstadt) und verkehrsgünstig (vier Minuten zur Metro) in einer offenbar wenig angesagten Gegend. Wir konnten in den sehr guten Betten sehr gut schlafen, auch wenn die Lärmdämmung der Fenster nur mittelmäßig ist und einiges vom durchaus vorhandenen Verkehrslärm (einschließlich eines mitten in Athen krähenden Hahns!) durchlässt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch das Frühstück, das nach Onlinevorbestellung zur gewünschten Uhrzeit von einem Lieferdienst auf das Zimmer gebracht wird. Die Qualität ist ok, jedoch wurde jedes Mal etwas vergessen, auch die Nachlieferungen waren fehlerhaft. Außerdem fällt viel vermeidbarer Verpackungsmüll an. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ohne Frühstück buchen und in einer der benachbarten Bäckereien frühstücken gehen. Fantastisch ist die Dachterrasse mit direktem Blick auf die abends beleuchtete Akropolis. Drinks muss man sich mitbringen, verständlicherweise lohnt sich bei diesem kleinen Hotel kein Barbetrieb auf der Dachterrasse.

if you are expecting a hotel or suites you should think again. The reception staff (when theyare there) and the cleaning team are very friendly, What you get is a well-cleaned room and large bathroom. There are no other facilities in the accommodation. There is no food or beverages - other than water supplied and 1 pod of coffee per day for the coffee machine.

Overall a very nice hotel! You get a TV with Youtube and netflix, a coffee mashine and a small fridge. The bathroom is quite comfortable and clean. The staff is nice too! Only problem is noise of nearby traffic during theb night. Some homelesa people around the area are there too but didn't border us.
