Super cute place and staff are very friendly. Safe area and extremely clean. Only issue was the air conditioning gets very loud, so you have to decide whether to be hot and turn it off or leave it on and have the sound blaring. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Although there was delay in getting the code to enter and our key, and the wifi wouldn’t connect, the rest of the stay was wonderful! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and it was in prime location.

Our family of four had an exceptional stay! Hermes was an amazing host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with great local recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, spotless, and had incredible views of the Acropolis. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Athens on foot. One of the highlights was Hermes’ recommendation of the rooftop bar and restaurant Bargalow!Athens which was absolutely outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

It was a good location. Place was clean, staff was responsive. AC worked well. Great restaurants and shopping near by. It woùd be nice if they had conditioner for hair available for guests. Be aware that to get to first floor you have about 30 steps. Tricky woth luggage. Other then that it was great.

This property is in a great location and is clean and spacious. Our only problem was we had no WiFi, which was a huge problem for us. All of our trips, plans, tours, etc were online and we couldn’t get to any of them. We ended up going to restaurants and getting their WiFi to see our plans and tours. Otherwise, this is a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at My Athens House. Our check in was a bit tricky as we did not get check in instructions in advance, but we got it figured out pretty quickly. The room was functional but had a few odd things - for example, one piece of the laminate flooring was loose and would flip up (and potentially pinch your feet) if you stepped on it. The location was great and the air conditioning worked well.

The parthenon view from our balcony was spectacular! Air conditioning was great, amenites were accurately listed. There are 2 flights of stairs walk up to first floor. Lights above bathroom vanity sink areas were out. Called and was told someone would come fix and they did not. Difficult to get ready without proper lighting. Overall, it was a very pleasant room. Proximity to great restaurants and shopping was great. Would return to My Athens House!

The property was clean, and location was good. We rated it poor for the following reasons: 1. The wi-fi never worked during our entire stay. I texted the management and was told their support team would work on it. They never did. We managed to find out from the pizzeria across that there was cleaning staff on the 5th floor. One of the ladies tried to help with the WiFi but was unsuccessful. It was very frustrating. 2. The property description should have stated that you have to climb 29 steps with your luggage before you reach the elevator. It is not a good situation for older people. 3. The property description calls it My Athens House, but the front entrance says “HHH” - Hellenic Hospitality House which led to some initial confusion. But, we tried the code given and it worked.
