Family friendly lux apartment by the beach w/ pool,best view, 25mins from Athen

  • Well situated at Kavouri, Vouliagmeni ,only a 25 mins drive from Athens , by the sea .This luxurious ,peacefull, 90m2 apartment,redecorated and updated in 2022, consists of two spacious king size bedrooms,living room,sitting area connected with a fully equipped kitchen,marble floors throughout and marble made bathroom and 4 individual balconies having unobstructed view of the entire Saronic gulf .Beautiful surroundings include a large seasonal (June-Sept)communal pool and well preserved flower garden with palm trees..
    The communal salt water pool is used by other inhabitants of the complex.There is no lifeguard in situ and guests are fully responsible when using it.There is a sign indicating operating hours and a shower is obligatory before diving.There are no shallow areas and children should be accompanied by parents-relatives or denied swimming. Sitting on the grass is not encouraged...as Athens is a quite dry area...
    The sea is just 2 mins walk away directly from our garden and a beautiful ,convenient for children as well ,sandy beach with Restaurant , umbrellas, sunbeds (with fee) is just 7 min walk away.
    A tennis club is 300meters away and 2 trendy beach bars Zen and Grabo a few mins walking distance away. Vouliagmenis' shops , souvlaki places, waffle house, bakery, fish and grill restaurants just 1-1,5km away.
    Eleftherios Venizelos airport is 26km away,Piraeus Port 23Km,the must see ACROPOLIS Museum 23Km,Syntagma square and Plaka 20Km ,busy and full of shops, restaurants, burger houses..etc Glyfada 8Km and Varkiza and Voula just 5-7Km away.
    Lake Vouliagmeni just 4km away and Beautiful Lagonissi and Sounion where the Temple of Poseidon is , are conveniently reached by car.
    There is an underground tube station 6km away where you can leave your car and use it to visit central Athens quickly and not having to drive if you do not wish to do so.In Glyfada you can also find the tram that will also take you to Syntagma square.
    There is a bus service close by ...but not as frequent! Astir Beach as well as the Vouliagmeni beach is about 1km away.
