LucyZen is a modern, comfortable penthouse apartment, bathed in natural sunlight all day long, located in the lush greenery of Vouliagmeni and within walking distance of three of the best beaches along the Athenian Riviera. A quiet escape from the vibrant Athenian life, with its cozy living area and large tranquil veranda for moments of relaxation day and night! (50 meters from the Margi Hotel)

The Space
Its clean, minimal design incorporates a large laid-back balcony with an outdoor dinning area, a comfortable living room with a 65" Smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The Location
The apartment is within walking distance from Astera, Akti Vouliagmenis and Zen Beaches as well as the center of Vouliagmeni with many traditional taverns, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and market places.
Definitely worth a visit is the Lake of Vouliagmeni, a hidden treasure, with waters which are continuously replenished both by the sea and the underground thermal springs and offers a natural and unique thermal spa experience in a beautiful setting.
It is also only 6 km away from Glyfada, the largest southern suburb of Athens, with many stores to choose from for your shopping therapy, bars and restaurants and a vibrant night life.

Pets - not allowed

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
8 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.

Best of both worlds - Vougliameni and Athens

This property is a perfect location for relaxing at the beach and exploring Athens. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is extremely well fitted out and quiet. It is close to the beach and transportation to Athens. There is an excellent supermarket, pharmacy and bakery nearby. Finally there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. I hope to rent the apartment again and again for future trips to Vougliameni/Athens. It makes for a perfect vacation.

We have rented this apartment before and find it the best place to stay to explore Athens, Sounion, day trips to islands and to historic sites just outside of Athens while relaxing. We love the beaches of Vougliameni and its restaurants. The apartment is well situated and outfitted. It is very clean and has comfortable furniture and beds. There is a sizable balcony to dine on with a nice views of the pine trees. The host is professional, experienced, helpful and kind. We will always stay in this apartment when we are in the Athens area if it is available.
