"Personalet var venlige og rare alle sammen, men mangler nok lidt forståelse for, hvad det vil sige at være et 5-stjernet hotel. Et eksempel var “servicen”, da et toilet var i stykker på værelset og ikke var brugbart - at “det var muligt, at blive flyttet til et andet værelse uden ekstra omkostninger” (fulgt af en løgnehistorie om, at andre gæster godt havde kunnet stille sig tilfreds med et værelse uden et funktionelt toilet😀). Det takkede jeg så ja til (også på en høflig måde)."

"The rooms have recently been renovated so everything is new, clean and modern. The room had a small kitchen for cooking, bathroom had a washing machine for cloths, the bathroom and living/bedroom where a good size. I was really happy with my stay and would definitely go back again!!!"

"The room was tiny but clean and nicely located, walking distance to the city centre. I booked it based on the pictures which was wrong decision. It was different, tiny. The bed was narrow for 2 taller people. The communication with the landlord was perfect"
