The rooms have recently been renovated so everything is new, clean and modern. The room had a small kitchen for cooking, bathroom had a washing machine for cloths, the bathroom and living/bedroom where a good size. I was really happy with my stay and would definitely go back again!!!

Struttura molto molto molto vicina al centro, posizione davvero comoda. Non c’è l’ascensore e l’unica pecca è che la doccia non si chiudeva troppo bene. Inoltre manca il condizionatore.

Disappointed: overrated & overpriced place

This place is generally very overrated and overpriced. The "apartments" or "studios" are not separate entities as one might think. This property is in fact an apartment broken down into smaller entities. Hence, the walls are very thin, which defies the very purpose of privacy. While walking the corridor I could hear every word others were saying in their rooms. This, in fact, was very uncomfortable when thinking that others could hear you while in your room. Cleaninless, shower, washing mashing, and water tab were OK. TV is a bit old, though it's flat, and the gas cooker was OK. All in all, the owners of this property are taking advantage of their property's location at the heart of the city. One can get a 4- star hotel just one mile away for -20% the rate.

Nice place, but NO FIREALARM?!

Ok place close to the city centre. Not the biggest space, but ok for sleeping. It's nice and clean and you have a small cooking place and a TV. It's a little bit noise from the hallway, but nothing big from the other rooms. The really bad part about the room, is that there was no kind of firealarm in the whole building. Not even a single smoke detector in the room or the hallway. In some of the rooms you are even allowed to smoke. And the doors to the rooms are no firedoors. They all have gaps under the door. If a fire breaks out in this building, just pray that your not there.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie liegt zentral und war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Schrauben der Armatur in der Dusche könnten mal wieder festgezogen werden. Ansonsten top!

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvällä, keskeisellä paikalla. Sisäänkirjautumiseen tuli koodi sähköpostitse. Asunto oli todella siistissä kunnossa. Ääniä ei kuulunut huoneeseen. Valitsimme huoneiston yhden yön yöpymisellemme lähinnä pesukoneen vuoksi. Sitä oli hieman vaikea käyttää puolan kielestä johtuen, minkä lisäksi vaatteet eivät kuivuneet kuuman kosteassa ilmastossa. Huoneistossa ei ollut ilmastointia, jota oltaisiin hellepäivänä kaivattu. Kuumana päivänä en suosittele, mutta viileämpänä ajanjaksona kelpo vaihtoehto.

New clean self-service apartment hotel in centre.

One room apartment with small kitchen and private bathroom. New and spacious. Clean and tidy. Self check in and check out (you receive entrance code), but staff available on the phone. Very close to central train station, but quiet at the same time. Good wifi connection.
