"The resort was great,...but we had a concern and a complaint. The shower was scaldingly hot. It could not be turned to cold. We had to shower with the water barely on. Also, the shower gel and shampoo dispenser was empty. I did not find that out until I was in the shower. We do believe that it is a nice place to stay, but the 2 problems we had were were upsetting."

"A huge property with different themed rooms. Quite unique. The pool bar attendant was unhelpful and disappeared when we wanted to order drinks. He also refused to make a reservation for us for the restaurant. The bar/cafe area was lovely. The staff were helpful and the food was reasonable and delicious. The main dining area had a 12 piece old style dance band that lended well to the overall decor and atmosphere. Although registration, who were pleasant and helpful, offered to have a porter help us with the luggage, as a nearly 80 yo, I landed up carrying heavy cases up 3 levels of stairs. Not good! Overall the experience was wonderful."
