熱海での宿泊で利用しました。宿はとても広く、大人数で泊まれる点は魅力的だと思います。ただ、実際に滞在してみて不便さや気になる点が多かったです。まず、宿までは非常に急な坂を上らなければならず、荷物を持っての移動や子どもを抱っこしながらの上り下りは正直怖く感じました。さらに駐車場は宿からかなり離れているにもかかわらず、無料は1台分だけ。大人数で利用する宿のつくりなのに車1台を想定しているのは現実的ではないと感じました。また、隣人が夜の騒音に敏感で直接注意に来ることがあるクレーマーだとチェックイン時に伝えられ、子ども連れとしては気を張らざるを得ず、のびのび過ごせなかったのも残念です。設備面では、冷蔵庫が1階・キッチンが2階という動線の悪さ、2階の洗面台はとても簡易的でグラグラして不安定、そしてシャワーが壊れていてお湯が出ず、1階のお風呂と洗面台を9人でシェアしなければならなかったのは大きな不便でした。布団も非常に薄く、そのままでは寝心地が悪く2枚重ねでなんとか過ごせるレベルでした。さらに、テラスは掃除が行き届いておらず、床や椅子の汚れが気になって使う気になれなかったのも残念でした。大人数で泊まれる点は良いのですが、現状では不便さが目立ち、特に駐車場や設備面は改善の余地が大きいと感じました。子連れや快適さを重視する方には事前に把握しておくべき点が多いと思います。

海が見える素敵な場所でした。熱海の街からはバスで15分ぐらい。バス停からは急な坂道と山道を歩いた後、画像にある階段を登らなければならない。車で行ったのだが駐車場はバス2駅離れたところにある。車は家の前に横づけできないので荷物を持って坂道のあと階段を登らなくてはいけない。それらのことが予約して当日までわからなかった。老人もいたのでその点は大変だった。部屋はたくさんあり広々としてよかった。外にテラスはあるが暑くて使用できなかった。バーベキューは禁止。温泉はでない。それでも親戚十人みんなでテーブルを囲みトランプをし楽しい時を過ごせました。

食器も調味料もかなりの数が揃ってたので凄く便利でみんなで料理ができました！炊飯器も重宝。ロックアイスも水筒用に助かりました。 ベランダからのオーシャンビュー、豊富な部屋の数々、大勢にはもってこいの一軒家です！ ベッドも三つあり大満足！！ 最高の熱海旅行になりました。

最高の夏の思い出になりました！

最高の夏の思い出になりました！ 写真を見た感じだと小さそうと思っていましたが、いざ行ってみると部屋数も多く二階のダブルベッドのとこが自分のなかで最高でした！そこからベランダに繋がっているのですが、夜そこで友人と飲むお酒は とてもおいしかった。 改めて良い思い出になりました。 ありがとうございます 宿とはあまり関係はないですが行くまでの坂がちょっと大変でした！
