"We booked a full size bed with a small twin bed, non smoke room. Upon arrival we noticed that we did not get the room we paid for and got a smoke room. We kept the air on and a window open but no relieve with the smell. The room was freezing due to trying to get rid of the smell. The only blanket on the bed was a small one person blanket with holes.
