"The hotel has a unique style with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that there is nothing else near the hotel. Construction nearby maybe changing this but for now you need get a ride into town. "

"The hotel is on an island. The campus is huge and beautiful and surrounded by river Nile. They gave me a free upgrade of room. The front deck of the room had beautiful views of the Nile. The breakfast was great "

"I was worried after reading the reviews, but we had a junior suite, the room was perfect. Yes might have been a little dated but the view was amazing, the staff were amazing. We were able to book a few things they helped with. We arrived late and the boat to get there was still running. "

"Iconic place filled with historical and majestic vibes. Everything was great. Food was delicious. The piano player at 1902 restaurant at dinner was phenomenal playing um Kalthoum and other classic Arabic music. Really memorable. The staff is polite and extra kind and gracious. The wooden stairs were not so clean and had webs at some corners."
