"This hotel is great, it is well located, the staff is amazing, the rooms very confortable. The only downside is that it can be noisy because of the music in the mall in front of the hotel. The music doesn't bother me at all because by 11 pm or midnight is over."

"Excellent place to stay. It had everything I needed and reception staff very pleasant and helpful. 1 block from Shopping at del Sol, which has groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and lots of stores. Illy coffee stand across the street. Walking is challenging due to sidewalks not well maintained but it’s a perfectly safe neighborhood. I have already booked another Ava Rentals property when I return in 9 months."

"Fantasic aparthotel with a great location, friendly atmosphere, professional staff and an overall great ambience. The building is kept clean and everyone we met (guests and staff alike) were polite and courteous. I LOVE that it's pet friendly and easily accessible at all hours. Rooms are clean and perfectly adequate for both long and short stays. Water pressure is excellent and wifi is plenty fast. All I can say is, we will definitely come back when visiting Asuncion again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
