The Amenities In The House Are FantasticBathroom Kitchen Bedroom Living Area Conveniently Self Contained. Please Bring Food And Drink If You Would Like To Make Your Own Dinner Or Breakfast Woolworth’s Mentone Is Located On Balcombe Road Turn Left At Davie’s Street. If You Prefer Or Like To Venture Out For Anything The Surrounding Suburb’s Of Cheltenham Parkdale And Mordialloc Are A Short Drive Away From The House. I Went For Breakfast At Le Roi Cafe Located On Como Parade West Opposite Mentone Station. The Staff Are Amazing And Super Friendly And Helpful Delicious Food And Coffee I Would Like To Acknowledge This Local Business Because I Had The Most Scrumptious Breakfast And Hot Chocolate . The Neighbourhood Is Peaceful Mentone Is A Lovely Suburb Of Melbourne’s South East . Lily Is An Amazing And Wonderful Host She Is Alway’s Available Anytime To Help Or Ask For Anything. She Was Super Helpful And Kind To Me With Providing The Information About Check In And Check Out Clearly And Precise Manner . I Have Found A Place To Stay And Call Home For Whenever I Stay In Mentone . "

"I needed a place to stay for a few nights as our house was being worked on. I found this little gem literally a few blocks from our house. On the outside it is unassuming but as you step through the door, you're greeted by a lovely light, clean, airy feeling room that is very nicely decorated. You can see the care that has gone into creating this space and we enjoyed our time here greatly. It is on a busy road but there is a nice sturdy gate there that seals off the back yard and it was surprisingly nice and quiet. We slept well and I would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment was a perfect size for the family of 6. The only thing that would've been better was extra towels and blankets. There were no extra blankets and only 1 towel per person. A hand rail on the stairs to go up and down would've been great for safety and the pin pad for the garage was sticky and not registering the numbers you needed to access the garage. The corner cupboard with the wine glasses needs some adjustments as it is nearly falling off. Otherwise a great place!"
