About this property
Deluxe private townhome minutes walk to Aspen Mountain skiing and downtown!
- Perfectly located in central core Aspen this 3 bedroom,3 bathroom townhome is light, bright and only recently renovated. Only a few minutes walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola and all that downtown has to offer.
Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with king size beds and renovated en-suites with heated floors. The master bedroom has its own balcony which looks across towards Aspen mountain. There is another balcony adjacent to the second bedroom with views across to Red Mountain and overlooking the heated outdoor pool, generous spa and BBQ area.
The downstairs living area has a fabulous wood burning fire place with free wood outside the front door.
The third bedroom has two twin size beds and an adjacent bathroom with floor to ceiling marble.
Reserved car parking for one car is just out the front.
Please note rentals 30 days or more avoid all CO and Aspen taxes.
