Fantastic River location for families across the bridge from Heron Park. Recently remodeled with newer kitchen including granite and stainless, new bathrooms, new floors and Large Screen (65") Smart TV allowing you to stream all of your favorite programs. This 3 level private town home has outstanding river views, decks over the river, privacy, parking for 2 vehicles, and old Aspen charm. It is the end unit of a 4 unit townhome complex. Hop on your bicycle and access the Rio Grande Trail right out your front door. Easily walk to Aspens restaurants and shops or the lifts. Gated access to the Rio Grand Trail, Rio Grand Park, and Heron Park. The Master Bedroom has a private deck overlooking the river, 55" TV, and a separate workspace with large screen monitor and all the hook ups you need to do business during your stay! This is truly a unique property!

Very comfortable and nicely located

Great location as it's walking distance to downtown. Large enough for five guys with two large bedrooms and three smaller rooms. Nice balcony on the river.

Loved the riverside setting!

This was our first VRBO and it was wonderful. Lots of room for our group (of 3 couples), and very well equipped with everything we needed. We loved being by the river with easy access to town and Rio Grande Trail. Would also be great for families with kids - we did not use the loft bedroom or single bed room. Highly recommend!
