We enjoyed good accommodations, well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for our family of 6. We especially loved the outdoor pool, hot tub, and easy access to downtown, the river trail, and the mountain. The property manager, Andrew, was especially helpful and accommodating. We loved our long weekend in Aspen Alps!

Surprised to be Disappointed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was more rundown and less quaint than expected from pictures. Screens misaligned or torn. Shower floor cracked. Toilet seat cracked. Cooktop burner inoperative. Blinds and shades misaligned and/or inoperative. Linens and bedding frayed and in need of replacing. High point, as usual, is the high quality of the staff. Always responsive and attentive. We will be back, but not to this unit.

Pluses and minuses

Location was excellent; workout facility, pool and hot tub excellent. Although we didn’t use daily housekeeping they were immediately responsive for clean towels and recycling pickup. Two negatives: there was a hairbrush from previous tenants visible under a living room chair that should have been removed. And I left my favorite black tee shirt behind, totally my fault, but would have appreciated a phone call or email asking how I would like it to be handled; I would have gladly paid shipping to have it returned!!
