Loved the design and layout with all bedrooms downstairs. Very easy access and close to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy with soft couch, great bedding, soft pillows and comfortable mattresses. Only a few things we didn’t love:
There was a septic like odor downstairs in bedroom area.
Home is on main road with constant traffic. Not bad when sleeping with doors and windows closed but loud if open or big trucks go by.
The bathrooms could use a few hooks and something in shower to put bar of soap etc.
The garage was full of disorganized stuff and back entry shelves had a bunch of boxes stuffed in the shelving.
Overall we had a nice stay in this new modern Aspen home! Not complaining!
My family and I spent 4 days in Aspen. The house was perfect for us and very close to Aspen Highlands to see the Maroon Bells. Even the walk into town was nice
We were very happy with this comfortable home in Aspen. Lots of space. New, nice interiors. We recommend and would definitely stay there again. Management team friendly and very responsive.
Very nice, clean & modern house in Aspen. House was very comfortable and spacious located on a main street with easy access to most things with a 20 minute walk or fast Uber ride. Comfortable beds and added bonus having a parking garage. House faces a main road which can be a little noisy throughout the day and/or at night when sleeping but makes it convenient to locate and walk to downtown Aspen.
Host was responsive and clearly communicated check in procedures. Great place for 3-6 people and would stay at again.
We ended up leaving early, staying just a little more than half the time we paid for. The location on the map when we booked is a quiet neighborhood, just a block or two from town. The actual location was a mile away, on the very edge of town, just a few feet from the main drag, with constant street noise.

Very convenient location
This property was decent overall. We booked a last minute trip and it was available. Close to town but also literally right on the main road. More blinds need to be incorporated into the property for privacy sake - front door and the entire upstairs. This property does not have AC on the first floor where the bedrooms are - we would not have stayed here had we known this - fortunately it wasn’t too hot so we were ok but we are people that like to sleep in a cool room so without AC it was borderline. Finally we had a few little issues - one was during the day and the property manager was super responsive and fixed the issue and one was at night and they responded but it wasn’t rapid (it was late). Beds were super comfy and place was clean.
We stayed at the property early March during our kids’ spring break. The house is super close to downtown and the mountains. It is very central. We had a vehicle (so garage was nice) so it literally took a few to five minutes to everything. The neighborhood felt safe and the property manager took the time to introduce himself, show us the funky key lock/ handle situation and then didn’t see much off him at all considering the close proximity. The house was great, rustic, but elegant, practical but very pretty. The one thing I would definitely request is a more sturdy couch in the family room. Something with more structure but comfy. The one there now is sort of a sinking ship when you sit on it and just not good. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows, water was super hot, all and any amenities were in the kitchen and house was definitely pretty clean. They provided more than enough toilet paper, paper towels and a washer and dryer if you needed. All in all, I would definitely say although expensive, value for money was goid. The fact that my son had bunk beds allowed his friend to visit us there from nearby which was a nice touch. My daughter had a great time in her queen bed. The airport is a 7 minute drive. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting again. Thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE, Has SEWER GAS/ SULFUR SMELL THROUGHOUT HOME. UNINHABITABLE
This property shows extremely well in the pictures and we were very excited for our week long trip to Aspen. The property manager was very responsive to questions. We arrived and immediately noticed a sewer gas/ sulfur smell throughout the entry floor of the house (with all bedrooms on it). We called the property manager who promptly summoned their maintenance personnel. The maintenance person blamed it on the "water" in Aspen but called a plumber to inspect the system. The plumber came poured bleach into the plumbing which made the house wreak of bleach and made it uninhabitable to sleep in the home with our small children. We gave the house a night to air out (note that it has no operable windows that can be opened). We came back twice the next day and found that by the end of the day the sewer gas smell was back and stronger than before. We attempted to air the house out by running the fan on the hood and fan in the heating system. Unfortunately over the course of our five days in Aspen the sewer gas smell remained and the property became unresponsive to our inquiries to fix it or provide a refund. The house was uninhabitable and we unfortunately had to stay in a hotel for our entire trip to Aspen. I would not recommend booking this property ever. It was extremely disappointing.
We loved this property! It was perfect for our group. The location was ideal, as it was very easy to walk into town. The surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous. The property has a well-appointed kitchen and a nice open feel in the living space. We ate most dinners in town, but could easily have stayed in and cooked. The gas fireplace is nice touch in the living room. There was plenty of storage for our ski gear which kept everything organized. We even got 12” of fresh snow on Day 1…so the skiing was amazing. We’d rent this place again for sure.
We had such a wonderful time staying at the house! The interior design was beautiful. All the beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. The garage was heated which came in handy when it was snowing. The property manager was superb! Any question we had, he promptly answered. It was a very enjoyable stay! Thank you for having us.
I would absolutely stay here again, the host was a great host, he was always available to answer any of our questions. When entering the home it was exactly as portrayed in the pictures, it was spotless, comfortable, and all accommodations that were needed were there. The location was great and was walking distance to the town.
